Overview

Es Clot is a beautiful village house with private pool, located in the heart of Deia, just a few steps away from the centre with its tapa bars, restaurants, boutique shops and two local supermarkets.

This 300-year-old stone house has been lovingly restored, and refurbished by its owners, Mallorcan features such as local woods and a range of stones have been specially selected in a way that you truly feel the essence of Deia.

The accommodation is divided in two floors, and as you enter the property on the ground floor, you will find the living, dining & kitchen areas, the kitchen is country-style but with all modern fixtures and fittings, the living area is beautifully laid out with comfy sofas & an easy chair, inviting fireplace, Satellite TV and there is WIFI throughout the whole property.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom/shower rooms in total, 1 bedroom with four-poster bed and a shower room on the ground floor, and the master bedroom with four-poster bed & ensuite bathroom (with free-standing bath & separate shower) and 2 twin bedrooms (which can be made up as doubles, on request) and a bathroom on the first floor.

This lovely villa has a salt-water pool, with stone steps into the corner, perfect to cool you down on hot summer days, within a private garden with palms, and hammocks, for lazy afternoons enjoying the panorama of the surrounding mountains & houses of Deia.

There is an outdoor kitchen with a wood burning barbecue, sink and fridge where you can spend long summer evenings preparing the best alfresco meals and enjoying you time outside.

Note - There is no parking available on the premises. There is roadside parking just down the street. A small car is recommended, as the streets are narrow.

Note – Care should be taken with young children, as the grounds are on separate levels.

Living Areas

2 steps up to front door and entrance into property;

Ground floor - On the left hand side is the kitchen, country-style with beamed ceilings & tiled floor, but with all modern fixtures and fittings - electric hob & oven, steak griddle, microwave & dishwasher, leading to the dining area with table & chairs, and around to the living area with piano, two comfortable sofas & an easy chair, Satellite TV, WIFI & doors to covered terrace, 3 steps down from here to the pool area.

Note – the washing machine is in an enclosed cupboard in the upstairs family bathroom.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

2 steps up to front door and entrance into property;

Ground floor – 1 bedroom with four-poster bed and doors to terrace, 1 shower room.

First floor – Master bedroom with four-poster bed, doors to terrace & ensuite bathroom with free-standing bath & separate shower, 1 twin bedroom and doors to Juliet balcony, 1 further twin bedroom with doors to terrace, 1 full bathroom (bath with overhead shower).

Note – the twin bedrooms can be made up as doubles, on request.

Outside Space

There is an outdoor kitchen with a wood burning barbecue, sink and fridge where you can spend long summer evenings preparing the best meals, and the large outdoor table gives plenty of space and is the ideal spot for sitting down, relax and enjoying the while the golden hour colours.

Located at the bottom end of Deia, and a stone’s throw away from the centre, with its tapa bars, restaurants, boutique shops and two local supermarkets. Cala Deia beach, 2kms, and Soller, 12kms.

Cot and highchair are available on request, free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Air-conditioning available in the bedrooms.

Central heating available on request, for early or late season lets, at a supplementary charge.

Balearics Tourist License: ETV/2818.

Note applicable to all properties in the Balearics;

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
