Located close to the road leading into Deia, S’Olivaret is a lovely stone property and is the perfect choice for a couple looking to holiday in beautiful West Mallorca. It has been lovingly renovated by its owners to offer spacious and comfortable accommodation all on one level, with lovely beamed ceilings, cooling tiled floors and a pleasing décor throughout.

Accommodation

Open-plan living/dining area with three-seater sofa & easy chair, Satellite TV, Music system, WIFI, wood burning stove and breakfast bar to kitchen with 4 ring gas hob & electric oven, microwave and washing machine.

Doors lead out from the living area, and kitchen, to the terrace, with comfy rattan suite, perfect for end of day drinks, and for taking in the views of Deia and the surrounding mountains, before enjoying an alfresco dinner and barbecue on the terrace while watching the sun go down.

Outside Space

The rectangular swimming pool is set to the side of the property and is set in an open terrace surround, a lovely spot for sunbathing, while the leafy shade from the surrounding olive trees provides the perfect escape from the midday sun.

Cot and highchair are available on request, free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Pool towels included, free of charge.

Air-conditioning, one unit in living/dining area and one unit in double bedroom.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
