It has been beautifully decorated throughout with soft tones and comfortable furniture creating a relaxed, homely atmosphere.

The swimming pool is set in an open terrace surround, bordered by a garden laid to lawn with trees & flowering shrubs, and enclosed by a hedge. Open and covered terraces with comfy rattan suite and table & chairs for alfresco dining.

Binibeca Vell is just a short walk away with a number of restaurants, shops and a well-stocked supermarket for those holiday essentials.

For days out the beautiful beach is a short walk away and Mahon centre is easily reached using the local bus service, here you can wander the streets whilst marvelling at the beautiful architecture, enjoy fresh tapas in the bustling atmosphere of the local fish market or sample the delights of the many restaurants overlooking the port.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Cleaning and Laundry service;

- For 1 week stays, towels are changed once, mid-week.

- For 2 week stays, towels are changed twice, mid-week and full service (cleaning, linen and towels) is done after 7 days.

Balearic's Tourism License - VTV122ME

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
