Through a spacious entrance you enter the ground floor of the property – the living room with a large L-shaped sofa, a further sofa & pouffe, TV, WIFI & patio doors to terrace, leading to the dining area with table & chairs and around to the open-plan kitchen with central island with electric hob & oven, microwave & dishwasher, and utility room with washing machine.
On the lower ground floor of the property is the Zen-Chillout area – Sitting area & breakfast bar to corner kitchen, TV, with SKY channels, DVD library for both adults and children and Bluetooth Pioneer Hi-Fi system, pool table and patio doors to terrace & seating area.
The ground floor of the property has 4 bedrooms - 1 bedroom with four-poster bed, patio doors to terrace & en-suite shower room, 1 further double bedroom & patio doors to terrace, 1 further double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom (with overhead shower).
Stairs lead up to the first floor level and a separate apartment with its own sitting area, corner sofa, TV & patio doors to terrace and 2 further bedrooms – 1 double bedroom with patio doors to terrace - bath on the terrace (its own private terrace) and separate basin, toilet & shower cubicle off the bedroom and 1 further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with overhead shower).
Patio doors lead out from the living/dining area to a furnished covered terrace with lovely banco seating at one end and table & further seating, for alfresco dining, at the other end.
This leads to the rectangular swimming pool 14m x 6m (depths – 0.90m – 2.4m), 4 steps into corner – shallow end & metal step ladder – deep end, with 4 pool lanes and 3m diameter jacuzzi-hot tub.
The swimming pool is set in an open terrace surround with lovely sunbeds, daybeds & parasols.
This area is offset with a built in BBQ with bar for entertaining and making early evening cocktails.
The private garden offers a beautiful grass area all around the terrace, with a vast lawn at the end of the garden with dry stone walls, and high private green bushes to give you the privacy you require.
500m to Binibeca Vell, where you will find the ‘fishermen’s village’, built nearly 50 years ago, with its narrow, winding streets, whitewashed homes, supermarket and bars/cafes and restaurants. 1.2kms to Binibeca Beach.
It is approximately 5kms to San Luis with all facilities & amenities.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours. Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Mahon, San Luis & South East.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
