Overview

Bini Segui offers very flexible accommodation and sleeps from 6 to 11 guests, making it ideal for several couples or one or more families wishing to holiday together but looking for independence in the layout of their accommodation.

Comprising of two separate levels, with the first floor accessed by an external staircase, each level consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living/dining area and well-equipped kitchen.

It has been beautifully decorated throughout with soft tones and comfortable furniture creating a relaxed, homely atmosphere.

The swimming pool is set in an open terrace surround, dotted with flowering shrubs, bordered by a hedge, and there is an adjacent pergola with comfy rattan suite. Upper and lower level terraces with further comfy suite and table & chairs for alfresco dining, and affording lovely sea views.

Well located in a quiet cul-de-sac, Binibeca Vell is a mere 450m away with a number of restaurants, shops and a well-stocked supermarket for those holiday essentials.

For days out the beautiful beach is a short walk away and Mahon centre is easily reached using the local bus service, here you can wander the streets whilst marvelling at the beautiful architecture, enjoy fresh tapas in the bustling atmosphere of the local fish market or sample the delights of the many restaurants overlooking the port.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Cleaning and Laundry service;

- For 1 week stays, towels are changed once, mid-week.

- For 2 week stays, towels are changed twice, mid-week and full service (cleaning, linen and towels) is done after 7 days.

Air conditioning in the living/dining area and all bedrooms (except the single bedroom where a portable fan is available).

Balearic's Tourism License - ET0768ME

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
