With 4 bedrooms & 2 bathroom/shower rooms, Bini Vent has been refurbished and boasts a fresh, light Mediterranean style, and offers comfortable & spacious accommodation on one level.

Outside, the front terrace has a comfy rattan suite, and there are table & chairs and a brick-built barbecue in the grounds for alfresco dining.

Steps lead down to the pretty lawned gardens and a spacious sunbathing area around the 9m x 4m swimming pool with stone step entry.

The living room features a comfortable L-shaped settee, Smart TV, WIFI and lovely garden views through the large French doors. These open on to a covered terrace equipped with a comfy rattan suite, as well as a large dining table and chairs for alfresco dining, dining area with table & chairs and doors to terrace, kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine.

There are 4 bedrooms – 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 further double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms – which can be made up as doubles, on request, 1 full bathroom (with overhead shower fitment).

Location

Villa Bini Vent could not be better situated. The beach is a short walk away, 750m to Binibeca Beach, and there is sea swimming available off the rocks just two minutes away on foot. There are two well-stocked supermarkets within six minutes stroll as well as a host of bars and restaurant nearby.

It is approximately 6kms to San Luis with all facilities & amenities.

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours. Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).
