The Tuscan house is designed for 6 persons and the owners, both architects and interior designers, have furnished the villa according their professional criteria. All details have been carefully selected, the colours mirror Tuscan tradition and the provided quality respects contemporary requirements.

The Tuscan House is conveniently located within walking distance (about 15 minutes’ walk) of the town Greve in Chianti with its lovely shops, cafes, wine bars restaurants and a Saturday morning market.

Living Areas

Ground floor - Entrance from the garden, the terrace, and the outdoor dining area to the dining area. From the dining area you enter the kitchen with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, ironing board and iron, and utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

A staircase leads up to the - Mezzanine floor (which can be reached also from an outdoor area) with spacious and elegant living room.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Ground floor - Guest bathroom.

Mezzanine floor – 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, and a further shower room.

First floor - Open gallery with one double bed, sitting area with sofa and en-suite bathroom with “stand- alone tub” and overhead shower.

Gardens around the house and at the pool.

Spacious terrace with elegant lounge area.

Panoramic outside dining area, with high quality gas BBQ.

Swimming Pool : the pool is split on two levels, upper pool is 6x8metres and the lower pool is 9 x 8metres pone is 1.2 in depth and the other is 1.8 m in depth. Open mid-May to mid-October. Pool access with a gate for extra protection.

Not included:

Gas for Heating, Electricity over 250 kW Euro is charged with 0,80 per kW, tourist tax Euro 2,00 per person over 14 years for a maximum of 7 nights.

First shopping fee Euro 20.- to Euro 50.- + groceries, cleaning fee for each dog Euro 70.- / week (upon request)

In case the guests leave behind the garbage there will be a fee of Euro 50.-

Other facilities are a Telephone, WiFi, also outside, Satellite TV, iPod Dock, Air Conditioning included and also fans in all rooms.

Please note- There is a local tourist tax for villas and apartments, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
