Casa Joana is an impressive and luxurious contemporary four bedroom villa with private pool, situated just 100 metres from a supermarket complex with cafe and shops, and approximately 2kms from the town centre of Carvoeiro- where you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops. Living Areas

Open plan living and dining room with with a/c, dining table for 8 persons, patio doors leading to the shaded terrace overlooking the pool, TV with cable channels and DVD player, wi-fi internet connection.

The kitchen is also of a modern design and is fully equipped, with appliances including a microwave, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and juicer. The separate utility room houses the washing machine.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed, a/c, doors to the terrace overlooking the pool and an en suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom two has twin beds, a/c, a walk-in closet, doors to the terrace overlooking the pool and an en suite bathroom.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with a/c, doors to the first floor wraparound terrace with country and pool views, and an en suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom four has a double bed, a/c, walk-in closet, doors to the first floor wraparound terrace and an en suite bathroom.

Outside Space

The private pool measures 10 metres x 5 metres with steps entry. The shallow end of the pool is 1.10 metres in depth, the mid level of the pool is 1.20 metres and the deep end is 2.20 metres in depth. The shaded terrace overlooks the pool, and furnished with a dining table this is the perfect spot to enjoy meals cooked on the charcoal BBQ.

Location

Casa Joana is ideally situated, only 100 metres from the nearby Intermarche supermarket where you will find an extensive range of goods plus additional shops and a cafe. The centre of Carvoeiro and the nearest beach are less than a five minute drive away, meaning that Casa Joana is perfectly located close to the wide range of facilities and restaurants that the town of Carvoeiro offers, whilst still enjoying a peaceful and private location for you to relax in on your well deserved holiday.
