Vivenda Joao Pedro is a delightful four bedroom villa with private pool located close to the town centre of Carvoeiro. With Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning in all of the bedrooms and the living room- included in the rental rate.
Living Areas
The entrance to the villa is reached via a flight of steps and leads you to the large living room which is complete with a TV with satellite channels, DVD player, Wi-Fi internet and a portable air conditioning unit for additional comfort. Separate dining room.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including a fridge freezer, coffee maker, electric hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. CD player and breakfast table.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with air-conditioning and this bedroom utilises the bathroom with shower across the hallway.
Bedroom two is a double bedroom with air-conditioning and an en suite bathroom with shower.
Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with air-conditioning and this bedroom shares the uses of the family bathroom across the hall.
Bedroom four is a double bedroom with air-conditioning, safe and this bedroom shares the use of the family bathroom across the hall.
Outside Space
The swimming pool is freeform in shape and measures approximately 10 x 5 metres. The deep end of the pool is 2.00 metres and the shallow end is 1.14 metres in depth. Steps and ladder entry to the pool. Terrace with charcoal BBQ.
Location
Vivenda Joao Pedro enjoys a good location a short distance away from the town of Carvoeiro (approx 2km). Carvoeiro town centre has numerous bars, shops, restaurants and the renowned town square where you have a variety of options at your disposal, including Portuguese, seafood and international restaurants; a tapas bar; a lively and bustling cafe; an ice cream parlour and much more. Carvoeiro beach is one of the Algarve's finest- set in a beautiful bay with golden sands and the famous and distinctive cliffs in the background.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Carvoeiro Area.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 13 years and over for the first 7 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
