We are proud to exclusively represent the impressive and stylish Villa Surpresa a 3+1 bedroom villa with a private pool located in the Carvoeiro area, Algarve and situated in an elevated position overlooking the coast and the Atlantic Ocean. This exceptionally well equipped luxurious villa lives up to its name "surprise villa" and it is characterized by modern architecture in harmonious surrounds.

The contemporary design villa has been newly built to a very high standard and offers everything you need for a relaxing villa holiday. Villa Surpresa consists of three floors with four bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an idyllic garden landscape with outdoor kitchen for barbecue evenings and the private swimming pool. Wi-Fi Internet access, TV with programs in several languages as well as the air cooling system throughout are all included in the rental rates.

A special feature of the villa is the proximity to all the amenities of the Algarve as well as to some of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve, such as "Praia de Benagil", "Praia Carvoeiro", "Praia de Vale Centeanes" and "Praia da Marinha", which has been voted amongst the best 20 beaches in Europe. Additional local attractions include the nearby golf courses and the village of Carvoeiro, which offers shopping and first-class and traditional restaurants.

Living Areas

The spacious open plan living area is located upstairs with access to the large first floor terrace with far reaching ocean views and comfy outdoor seating, the fully equipped and fitted kitchen, the inviting dining area and the cosy sofa area with wall mounted flat screen TV (which has Apple TV function as well as international satellite TV programs in English, German, Portuguese and French). Sonos music system and speakers are installed for your audio entertainment, where you can download the app and stream your own favourite music from your smart device. The sound, lights and TV can all be controlled via the villa central multi media system.

The kitchen is equipped with a kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer with ice maker, 5 electric hobs, extractor, dishwasher, coffee maker, juicer and wine fridge with two different temperature sections, one for red wine and one for white/rose wine. The dining area can accommodate 8 people, where you can dine in style whilst enjoying the stunning country and ocean views.

On the lower level of the villa is the air conditioned multi-purpose area, which is great for the kids to play in and is complete with a selection of children's toys. The area is serviced with a small kitchenette with basin and dishwasher, and the washing machine and tumble dryer are also situated here.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms in the villa have a tablet that controls the TV (Apple TV plus international satellite channels); the Sonos speakers which are in all bedrooms and the bedroom lighting. Bedrooms one, two and three are on the mid-level of the villa. All bedrooms are en suite and benefit from the air cooling system. Bedroom one has a double bed, an en suite bathroom with shower, a wall mounted TV and doors to the poolside terrace.

Bedroom two has twin beds (which can be prepared as a double upon prior request), an en suite bathroom with double vanities, a wall mounted TV and doors to the terrace. Bedroom three is the master suite, complete with double bed; an en suite bathroom with double vanities, shower unit and spa bath; a safe in the double wardrobes; wall mounted TV and doors to the wrap around terrace.

Bedroom four is the '+1' bedroom situated on the lower level of the villa, and this bedroom comprises a twin beds (which can be prepared as a double upon request), a wall mounted TV, an en suite bathroom with shower and doors to the lower terrace and gardens with the cascade overflow pool.

Outside Space

A beautiful entrance leads to the main entrance of Villa Surpresa. From the ground floor, you can reach the large, spacious and covered terrace. The swimming pool measures approximately 14 x 4 metres and has a picturesque waterfall overflow design. In addition, a separate shallow children's pool section measuring 5 x 3 metres, six sun loungers on the wood decking terrace and three parasols are also available. The 7000 m² villa plot has a beautiful garden landscape, with a lot of green space, palm trees and an area covered with sun sail, ideal for children to play. There are also fig trees and olive trees and guests can make their own olive oil using the olive presser! The built-in kitchenette with 2 x electric grills and griddle plate serve as your barbecue option and with additional fat fryer, the terrace with cosy garden furniture allows for relaxed barbecue evenings in company. Off road parking is available on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates.

Location

Villa Surpresa is situated approximately 2.5 km east of Carvoeiro, Algarve Portugal. Worth a visit is to Portimao, a beautiful port city known for its old town. The most beautiful beaches of the Algarve, such as "Praia de Benagil", "Praia do Calvalho", "Praia de Vale Centeanes" and "Praia da Marinha" are all within a distance of 1 km by car or even on foot on a nice walk in about 15 minutes. Recommended are the golf courses "Pestana Golf & Resorts" and "Vale Da Pinta Golf Course" in Carvoeiro, which are all 3-5 km away. First-class and traditional restaurants can also be found in the vicinity, for example the Michelin-starred "Bon Bon" with its culinary taste experiences or the 5-star Vila Vita Parc in Porches with a wide selection of restaurants and bars. Action and fun can also be experienced locally, e.g. in the water park Slide & Splash, Zoomarine or Algarve Shopping Centre in Guia.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, linen and towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience. A cot and highchair are available at the villa free of charge and upon prior request.
