Villa Bianca is an exceptional, top of the range three bedroom, three bathroom property with private heated pool situated in the excellent resort of Dunas Douradas, close to Vale do Lobo. The interiors of this immaculate villa are of the highest quality, with the owners' superb attention to detail evident throughout.

Clients staying at Villa Bianca can enjoy access to the resort facilities of Dunas Douradas, which include a large communal pool and separate children's paddling pool; restaurant/bar; two tennis courts (local charge applies); minimarket and reception. Villa Bianca is also within close walking distance of some of the area's best restaurants, the beautiful sandy beach and the Vale do Lobo Tennis academy, where you will find 14 tennis courts, a restaurant and bar.

Villa Bianca features Wi-fi internet and air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room- which is included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The air conditioned living room is open plan to the kitchen and dining area with dining table and seating for 6 persons. The wall mounted flat screen TV has a wide range of English language cable channels, including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. There is unlimited, voice controlled music on demand from Amazon - choose from millions of tracks played through the Bose speakers.

The contemporary design kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a coffee maker, integrated microwave , juicer, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric hobs, extractor, oven and wine chiller. A separate utility cupboard houses the washng machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa Bianca features high quality towels and linen, with embroidered pillow cases and bathroom towels. Bedroom one is on the ground level of the villa, and this bedroom has a double bed; double wardrobes with a safe; an adjacent bathroom with shower unit and patio doors leading to the side terrace.

Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor of Villa Bianca. Bedroom two has twin beds; a Juliet balcony; double wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom three has a double bed; Juliet balcony; double wardrobes and an en suite shower room. On this level, patio doors take you to the first floor terrace, which is furnished with table and chairs and stairs provide direct access down to the poolside terrace.

Outside Space

Villa Bianca's private swimming pool is kidney bean shaped and measures approximately 7 metres x 4 metres. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a dining table and chairs -where you will enjoy those fabulous summertime al-fresco meals cooked on the integrated charcoal BBQ.

Location

The location of Villa Bianca is fantastic- close to the nearby beautiful beaches and you are spoilt for choice with the numerous restaurants within walking distance - Maria’s beach restaurant and the Dunas Douradas Beach Club Restaurant are just a few minutes walk away, and then you have five further bars/ restaurants at the renowned Julia’s beach just an easy 15-20 minutes stroll along paths or along the beach itself.

Car hire is recommended to explore the area more widely but equally, for those who prefer to get around on foot, there is plenty within easy walking distance. For those looking to hire a car, Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago’s golf courses, shopping malls, kids clubs and restaurants are only a short driving distance away, whilst water parks and other visitor attractions are also within good driving distance.

Rates include a midweek clean and towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, towel change and linen change. A safe, pool towels and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
