Apartment Suzanne is a lovely two bedroom, split level apartment located in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo. This apartment has been completely redecorated and furnished. With wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rate.

Entrance to the apartment is via a flight of steps. Open plan air conditioned living/dining room with a TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV; Sonos music system, DVD player and CD player. Dining table and 4 chairs, patio doors to the exterior terrace with gas BBQ, table and seating for 6 persons and 2 sun loungers.
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a washer/dryer; electric hobs; oven; kettle; microwave; toaster; dishwasher; juicer; fridge freezer; Nespresso coffee maker.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The bedrooms are on the upper (entrance) level of the property. Bedroom one is the master suite and has a double bed, split a/c, double wardrobes with safe and en suite with shower unit and double wash basins. TV with Netflix.
Bedroom two has twin beds, split a/c and adjacent bathroom with double wash basins.
Location
Apartment Suzanne is located close to the Vale do Lobo tennis centre and is also close to the beach at Dunas Douradas.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week, towels (changed midweek and weekly) and linen (changed weekly).

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

Bespoke Arrival shopping as per client request. Payable in resort, €1.00 per item on receipt (minimum charge €25.00) plus cost of shopping bill
