Villa Hermione is an exquisite 4 bedroom villa with private heated pool, located in the centre of Dunas Douradas just a few minutes walk to the nearby beautiful beach. Furnished and equipped to the highest standard, Villa Hermione has undergone a total refurbishment recently to create one of the most attractive villas currently available in this sought after area. With pool heating and a table tennis table!

The interiors of the villa are modern and of a high quality throughout. The villa has underfloor heating and air conditioning in the bedrooms and this is included in the rate. All of the TVs in the villa can individually show Lazer cable channels, which include a wide range of channels, including Sky Sports.

Living Areas

The entrance hall leads to the state of the art modern kitchen, in smart red and black tones. Fully equipped, appliances include a coffee machine, fridge freezer, electric hobs, oven, dishwasher, additional fridge and microwave. Furnished with a breakfast table and a wall mounted flat screen TV with Lazer. The adjacent laundry room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer and there is a guest cloakroom in the hallway nearby.

On the same level as the entrance hallway is a beautiful dining area for 8 persons, in similar colours to the kitchen and from here a few steps lead down to the delightful living room, with its soft white leather sofas and colourful cushions; flat screen TV; DVD player and wi-fi broadband internet connection. The living room leads out to the shaded patio and outdoor living area, next to the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

The Master bedroom is decorated in shades of yellow and gold, and has a double bed (bed measures 1.55m x 2m), wall mounted flat screen TV and separate dressing area with safe. Full en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit. Patio doors leading to a private outdoor terrace with seating area.

Bedroom 2 is decorated in pretty shades of mauve and pink with a romantic double bed (bed measures 1.5m x 2m). Flat screen TV and double wardrobes with safe. The full en suite bathroom is a delight, complete with a bath and separate shower unit. This bedroom leads directly to, and is on the same level as, the pool area.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds, flat screen TVs and are decorated in pretty pastel shades. Both rooms have en suite shower rooms. Bedroom 3 has doors to a private side terrace with seating area. Bedroom 4 has steps leading down to the poolside terrace.

Outside Space

The pool and outdoor areas are particularly attractive, and are centred around a rectangular pool that measures approximately 10 x 6m. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.

The luxurious outdoor rattan furniture is delightful, with settees, arm chairs and plenty of sunloungers both downstairs and on the upper terrace where there is also a table tennis table. The wide selection of secluded seating areas, both covered and uncovered, make Villa Hermione the first choice of many. By the poolside terrace there is a state of the art gas BBQ and food preparation area with sink.

Electric gates with a video entry phone protect the driveway where there is plenty of room for parking.

Location

The beach is just a few minutes level walk from the villa, and here you will find a choice of restaurants and miles of golden sand stretching in both directions. The Vale do Lobo tennis academy is also only a few minutes walk away. Within close driving distance are the nearest supermarkets, the golf courses of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, shopping at Bougainvillea Plaza and Quinta shopping and a wide range of excellent restaurants. Faro airport is only a 20 minute drive.

Guests staying at Villa Hermione are entitled to visit and use the Dunas Douradas resort central area, which has a communal pool, sun bathing terraces, pool bar and restaurant.
