Open plan living/dining room with TV with free view channels, DVD player, CD player and fireplace. Two sets of patio doors lead to the terrace overlooking the pool.

Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a fridge freezer, oven, gas hobs, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine in separate utility. Breakfast table.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All of the bedrooms in Marco Real are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa and this is a family bedroom with a double bed and a child's single bed that can sleep three (upon request, additional supplement for the child's bed applies if the maximum occupancy of the villa is exceeded), and an en suite bathroom with hairdryer. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Bedrooms two, three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two has twin beds and doors to the shared terrace with country views. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with doors to the shared terrace. Bedrooms two and three share the use of the adjacent family bathroom.

Bedroom four is a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

Outside Space

The private pool is L-shaped with steps entry and measures approximately 8 x 8 metres and is surrounded by spacious terraces with a shower and a large brick B.B.Q. near the kitchen. Around the terraces are very pleasant lawns. There is a table tennis table for additional fun.
