Overview

The Pine Cliffs Suites (formerly known as the Golf Deluxe Suites) offer two bedroom, three bedroom and three bedroom penthouse luxury apartments, recently renovated to a high standard. These quality accommodation units all feature individually controlled air conditioning in each room; a large terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and overlooking the Pine Cliffs Golf Course and garden areas; fully equipped kitchenette with appliances including a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker; Satellite TV in the bedrooms and living room including Pay-TV ‘Movie on Demand’; direct phone lines with Voice Mail; Internet connection (basic package is free of charge or local charges apply for upgraded Wi-Fi packages); 24 hour room service, housekeeping services and also complimentary olive oil and honey. Penthouse apartments are situated on the 3rd floor.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a resort with multiple properties, the photography here shows an example of one or more properties and your actual property will be allocated by reception on arrival.

Located approximately 5-10 mins walking distance from the hotel’s main building and 2 minutes walk from the children’s village Porto Pirata, the Deluxe golf suites enjoy a superb central location within the resort.

Guests at the Suites have access and are welcome to enjoy all services and facilities of the resort and the suites also benefit from the support of Casa Pine Cliffs with a front desk, O Grill restaurant, pool, Health Club and Mini Market, and the golf course club house is just over the road where you will find a cozy bar/restaurant.

Living Areas

Fully equipped kitchenette with appliances including fridge freezer; electric hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, orange juice maker, coffee machine, washing machine/ dryer, iron and ironing board.

Spacious open plan living & dining room with flat screen LCD TV with satellite channels, direct dial phone with voicemail facility and patio doors leading to the furnished terrace or balcony.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms feature The Luxury Collection beds with 100% cotton bed linen, Satellite TV (LCD) with pay to view system and direct dial phone.

- 2 bedroom apartments: 1st room with double bed, in-room safe and en-suite bathroom with large bathtub & shower and double wash basins; 2nd bedroom with two twin beds and separate bathroom.

- 3 bedroom apartments: the same as the 2 bedroom apartments, plus 1 additional twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

Location

The location of the resort is unique, standing proudly on a spectacular cliff top! The dark red of the sandstone cliffs contrast sharply with the immaculate green of the golf course above and the expanse of golden sand and sparkling blue ocean below.

Meal Plans

Breakfast and half-board are free for children between 0-3 years inclusive in the same meal plan as paying parents. For children 4-12 years inclusive, a 50% discount applies in the same meal plan as paying parents. Children age 13 and over are considered adults. The same meal plan is required for all occupants and for the entire stay. With the half-board supplement, guests enjoy buffet breakfast and dinner. Buffet breakfast is served in Jardim Colonial and/or O'Grill, depending on the resort occupancy/season. A la carte restaurants are not included with the half-board package. Beverages are not included in any of the meal plans.

Full Resort Credit

Guests have the option to pay for Full Resort Credit. This is €100 per accommodation, per day, with an additional €15 offered by the resort; totalling €115 per accommodation per day.

Guests can use their full resort credit throughout the resort.

With the Resort Credit, guests may dine at any of the open in-resort restaurants for any meal period; breakfast, lunch or dinner (excluding the Yakuza restaurant), subject to seasonal opening and resort occupancy.

The credit can be used for the Serenity Spa, the golf course and Porto Pirata Kids Club.

The resort credit is not applicable in the Resort retail stores, Spa retail products, the Yakuza restaurant nor Albufeira City Tax.

The Resort credit is applicable per accommodation and not per person. Unconsumed credits do not accumulate and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Other Items

Please note that for all new bookings made from 1st March 2025 onwards, there will be a mandatory Resort Facility Fee applicable. The Facility Fee will be charged as follows, per accommodation, per night:

1. Pine Cliffs Residence, Ocean Suites, Suites, Gardens, Deluxe Townhouses and Terraces - €20.00 per accommodation, per night.

2. Pine Cliffs Villas – €25.00 per accommodation, per night.

This is not included in the room rates and is settled directly by guests at check-out. The Facility Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following offerings:

1. Complimentary access to beach sunbeds and shading (subject to availability).

2. Complimentary in-resort e-shuttle

3. Complimentary in-resort parking

4. Complimentary room service delivery throughout the resort

5. Complimentary wi-fi throughout the Resort

6. Complimentary newspapers and magazine through Press Reader

7. Complimentary Mini-Golf in the Porto Pirata kids club

11. Free access to the internal heated pool & remaining facilities (Located in the Pine Cliffs Hotel)

In addition, the facility fee also includes 10% discount in the following services;

Maximum capacity of the 3 bedroom suites is 7 adults (1 adults sleeping on the sofa bed) or 6 adults and 2 children aged up to 12 years old inclusive (2 children sleeping on the sofa beds). The maximum occupancy with a cot is 7 adults + 1 cot.
