Villa Fairways is a beautiful, top of the range four bedroom villa with infinity design swimming pool and views of the Pinheiros Altos golf course. Villa Fairways has been recently refurbished to an extremely high standard to create a luxurious and stylish property throughout, perfect for your relaxing family villa holiday in the Algarve. With Wi-fi internet and air conditioning included in the rental rate. Villa Fairways sleeps a maximum of eight persons.

Living Areas

Fully equipped contemporary style kitchen with appliances including 4 x electric hobs; extractor; kettle; Nespresso coffee maker; combi-oven; microwave; warming oven, refrigerator and dishwasher on the central island, where there is a breakfast bar with 4 stools. Boiling water for tea and coffee is available via the Quooker tap.

Separate utility room with American style fridge freezer, additional full sized freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board.

Open plan and very spacious air conditioned living area with patio doors opening directly to the poolside terraces. Flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels, including the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. There is also an additional TV lounge on the ground floor of the villa and the TV displays the same cable channels as above.

Villa Fairways features an air conditioned, self-contained twin bedroom annex which offers a comfortable living space with modern amenities. The lounge, dining area, and kitchenette are designed in an open plan layout. This design provides a spacious feel with comfy sofa seating, a wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV showing a wide variety of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and additionally there's a feature fireplace, adding to the ambiance of this room.

The dining area is furnished with a round table with seating for four people. The kitchenette is well-equipped for preparing meals and appliances include a Kettle, Microwave, Dishwasher, two electric hobs, Extractor, Washing machine and a fridge. Patio doors from the lounge open onto the poolside terrace. The annexe twin bedroom with spilt unit air conditioning and fitted wardrobes has use of the separate adjacent shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail.

The annexe is available for clients for a supplement of €1000,00 per week, providing the maximum occupancy of the property does not exceed eight persons.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All bedrooms in the main house of Villa Fairways have either lovely carpet flooring (the first floor bedrooms) or large rugs (on the ground floor bedrooms) giving the bedrooms a nice cozy feel; and all bathrooms have towel heaters. Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds, split unit a/c and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit.

Bedroom two has twin beds, split unit a/c, doors to the side terrace and an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit. On the ground floor of the villa there is an additional guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom, split unit a/c, a Juliet balcony with golf course views and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit.

Bedroom four is the master suite, complete with double bed, split unit a/c, dresser and dressing area, patio doors to the first floor terrace and an en suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower unit.

Outside Space

The spacious exterior areas of Villa Fairways are one of the key reasons this property is a real gem. Patio doors from the main living area lead directly to the lovely terrace, furnished with comfy seating and the dining table and chairs with seating for 8 persons. For your al-fresco meals, a Beefeater gas BBQ, a Weber charcoal BBQ and a food preparation area with fridge are provided. The poolside terrace is furnished with 6 sun loungers and from here views over the Pinheiros Altos golf course and the lower lawn gardens can be enjoyed. There is an exterior WC and shower room next to the poolside terrace.

The swimming pool is very impressive and measures 10 metres x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The depth of the pool is 1.5 metres. The pool is protected by an electric pool cover and is of an infinity design with overflow.

There is plenty of space for off road parking on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates.

Location

Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area.

Other Items

Rates include a maid service 2 x per week (2 cleans during the week & the weekly linen changeover service), bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly; and bed linen changed weekly. Pool towels and hairdryers are provided for your convenience. Villa Fairways sleeps up to a maximum of eight persons in total, including children.
