Overview

Villa Sara is a charming four bedroom, four bathroom villa with private pool situated in the Quinta das Salinas estate, which is centrally located between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

With fibre optic Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rates. Underfloor heating is available for an extra weekly payment.

Living Areas

Enter into the foyer with the open plan lounge/dining room ahead. The lounge has ample comfy sofa seating, a fire place, a Smart flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc), DVD player, split unit air conditioning and double patio doors opening onto the poolside terrace. The dining area also has spilt unit air conditioning, patio doors to the poolside and a dining table with seating for eight.

The well equipped kitchen has appliances including an electric oven and grill, four gas hobs, extractor, fridge, toaster, kettle, dishwasher & a De Longhi Nespresso coffee machine. Patio doors open onto the partially covered poolside terrace. The adjacent utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also an extra fridge and the microwave. A guest cloakroom is also on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room (can be made as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and en suite full bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors open onto the front aspect of the villa. Bedroom two is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, a free standing wardrobe and an en suite shower room with double vanities. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.

Upstairs to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a twin room (can be made as a double upon prior request), free standing wardrobe and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Bedroom four is the master suite, complete with a king-size bed with an en suite bathroom with with a separate shower, a double dressing area and fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and double patio doors that lead to a shared balcony furnished with two chairs and a table.

Outside Space

The exterior dining table sits under the partially covered terrace and there are sofas and chairs for you to relax and read your favourite book. There is a food preparation area with a sink, freezer, extractor and a gas BBQ for al-fresco cooking. The pool measures approximately 10m x 5m (can be heated for an extra weekly supplement). The garden is surrounded by hedges, is laid to lawn in areas and planted with mature shrubs and flowers. Temporary pool fencing can be fitted for a supplemental charge.

Location

Quinta das Salinas is a beautiful area located between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo so is therefore in a great central position in which to explore the local area- the Quinta do Lago lake and the Ancao Beach (where you will find the renowned 2 Passos restaurant) are within 10 minutes walking distance. Also within walking distance of Villa Zara is a new wooden boardwalk that has recently been built that connects Garrão beach to the Ludo valley. The new walkway allows you to appreciate the entire area of the Ria Formosa in peaceful tranquillity.

Other Items

Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. The maid service is twice per week with towels changed mid week and weekly and linen changed weekly.
