Sun-hat are very proud to introduce Boho Casa, a stunning traditional Portuguese style three bedroom villa with a private pool and extensive grounds situated in the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago. This beautiful property has recently been renovated to a very high standard and offers modern amenities whilst still maintaining its original character. Boho Casa is centrally located in the resort of Quinta da Lago and offers easy access to the world-class golf courses, the stunning beaches in the local area and a large variety of dining and entertainment options. The impressive Campus sports facility, the D Lounge restaurant and the Pure restaurant on roundabout two are all within walking distance.
The villa accommodates a maximum of six guests who have access to all four double bedrooms, each of which have blackout blinds and air conditioning. Throughout the villa, there is high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning which are included in the rental rates.
Underfloor heating is also available during the low season months of November to March for a supplemental charge, please enquire for further details.
Step into the spacious living area, stylishly designed in soft neutral tones and featuring full length patio doors that fill the room with natural light. This room benefits from two air conditioning units, ample comfy sofa seating and a flat screen Smart TV showing a large range of streamed international channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). There is a Marshall bluetooth speaker so you can stream your favourite music directly from your smart device. Steps lead up to the air conditioned dining area complete with a large dining wooden table and chairs, and from here patio doors lead to the poolside terraces.
Adjacent to the dining area is the modern, air conditioned kitchen which is well equipped with appliances including a Miele dishwasher, fridge freezer, four gas hobs, electric oven, extractor, Smeg toaster, Smeg filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, Smeg juicer, wine cooler and a further fridge freezer. The utility room can be found off the kitchen and houses two Miele washing machines, a Miele dryer, an iron and ironing board. There is a door giving access to an outside drying area. You will also find a guest cloakroom on this level.
All of the bathrooms in Boho Casa are entirely renovated with Philip Stark appliances. Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor entrance level. Bedroom one is a double room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV (only for Netflix, Youtube etc), split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors lead to the poolside terrace.
Stairs lead up to the first floor bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is the master double suite complete with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a media area complete with a desk and chair and an en suite bathroom with a circular bath and a walk-in shower unit. Patio doors lead to the balcony which overlooks the pool.
Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom. Once again patio doors lead to the balcony overlooking the pool. Off the first floor landing there is also a door giving access to the upper terrace furnished with two sun loungers and a parasol and which can also be accessed via a flight of steps leading up from the poolside terrace.

Leading from the kitchen you will find the shaded BBQ and dining terrace complete with a gas Beefeater BBQ with an adjacent sink and a large wooden dining table with bench seating. Steps lead down to the poolside terrace with the kidney shaped pool measuring approximately 11m x 5m and with steps for convenient entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge providing a minimum of one week's notice is given; and the pool can also be fenced off for a supplemental charge as long as this facility is pre-booked two months before the arrival date of clients. The garden is very private and well maintained and is laid to lawn and also features palm trees, shrubs and flowers. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and a parasol if you prefer a little shade.
Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and Bougainvillea Plaza are just a short drive away, and even closer is the Pure restaurant on roundabout two.
Quinta do Lago borders the 14,800 hectare Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, an international haven for rare and endangered nesting and migrating birds. Within a short drive are many other entertainment features, such as horse riding, wind surfing and sailing.
Rates include a maid cleaning service twice per week, bathroom towel change twice per week and a weekly bed linen change. Pool towels & a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
If clients require additional maid service, then the maid can be booked for one extra day per week, for a maximum of three hours, for a supplementary charge per day.
Maximum occupancy of the villa is strictly six guests plus a baby in total.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
