Sun-hat are very proud to present Casa Pedro, a magnificent five bedroom Quinta do Lago villa built on three levels to a premium standard and with a private pool (which can be heated for a weekly supplement) and a large laid to lawn garden with an additional five hole putting green. The kitchen, lounge, master bedroom and the poolside terrace include Sonos coverage, so you can stream your favourite music from your smart device to the speakers. Casa Pedro benefits by having a select location in the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago with the Campus within close walking distance and the villa is just a couple of minutes drive from Quinta shopping centre. In the local there is a wide choice of beautiful local beaches, golf courses and sports facilities and many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are also on your doorstep.

Featuring electric shutters throughout that are conveniently controlled through the main switches near the front door or on the individual room controls. Additionally, the rental rate includes fibre optic Wi-Fi internet access throughout and the centralized air conditioning system.

Living Areas

The large kitchen is complete with a central island and two accompanying stools, and is modern in design and very well equipped with top of the range appliances including an integrated Miele coffee machine, two combi ovens, a microwave and grill, a double fridge freezer, Smeg toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, four electric hobs, extractor, wine cooler, double sinks, and a handy wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, allowing you to stay up to date with your favourite shows. A convenient dining table with seating for eight people sits near the patio doors that lead directly to the BBQ terrace and pool.

The living area is bright and spacious with large patio doors leading to the pool area and the room is comfortably furnished with sofa and chair seating and a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, again showing the wide range of cable channels and please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc.

On the lower level of the property you will find the entertainment & utility rooms, a media area and bedroom five. The entertainment room boasts a projector screen which shows all of the same channels as the living room plus netflix etc, Bose surround sound, ample comfy sofa seating, a bar with three accompanying stools, a dishwasher, fridge and a wine cooler.

The utility room houses the washing machine, dryer, microwave, two electric hobs, extractor, fridge, iron and ironing board. The media area has a desk and an accompanying chair. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are found on the entrance level of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin room (which can be made up as a double upon prior request); with a wall mounted TV, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace.

Bedroom two is a twin room with a wall mounted TV, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. In this bedroom there is a wooden cot which if required by clients can be used and prepared free of charge.

Stairs lead up to bedroom three and four. Bedroom three is the master bedroom suite with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, dressing area and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath tub, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors from both the bathroom and the bedroom open onto the shared balcony overlooking the pool and this balcony is furnished with two sunbeds. Bedroom four is a double room with a wall mounted TV, a dressing area and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath tub, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony with bedroom three.

Bedroom five is on the lower level of the property and is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

Casa Pedro is truly one of a kind, the outdoor space is designed to help you get the most from the Algarve sunshine whilst you relax in total comfort and privacy. The mature garden and a stretching grass lawn includes a five hole putting green and is surrounded by trees, shrubs, palm trees and plants. The large pool measures approximately. 12m x 6m (the pool can be heated for a weekly supplement and includes an electric pool cover to help retain the heat) and has steps for convenient entry. The shallow end of the pool is 1.20 metres in depth and the deep end is 4.00 metres. The surrounding terrace is furnished with eight good quality sun loungers and a double lounger and there is also an outside shower for rinsing off before entering the pool. If it's shade you prefer then you will welcome the four parasols that have been provided. Adjacent to the pool is a gazebo with comfy sofa seating and located close to the kitchen is the covered dining area complete with a large table and seating for ten people. The outside kitchen and BBQ area are complete with a large gas BBQ and there is an additional Green Egg charcoal BBQ, a food preparation counter, a fridge and an ice maker, the ideal spot for the budding chef to create those tasty al fresco meals for the family. At the far end of the garden is a further seating area furnished with comfy sofas and chairs.

Location

Casa Pedro is located in the Monte Golfe area of Quinta do Lago, one of the most exclusive areas of the Algarve and perfect for both golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and only a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches are many other facilities, such as horse riding, wind surfing and sailing. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and Bougainvillea Plaza where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, bars, banks and a supermarket, and even closer to Casa Pedro is the Pure café on roundabout two.

Other Items

Rates include a daily maid cleaning service Monday to Friday with a mid-week bathroom towel change; and a weekly bed linen & bathroom towels change. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
