Overview

Villa Duque is a traditional three bedroom villa, built on two levels and designed in classic Portuguese style. With an extensive laid to lawn garden and private pool, the villa owners recently refurbished the bathrooms and kitchen. Located in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago, this is the ideal all-year-round villa for the family! Air conditioning is available in the living room and the bedrooms for a weekly supplemental charge.

Living Areas

The open plan lounge and dining area leads off the entrance hall and is on two levels. The dining area occupies the upper level and is complete with a marble dining table and seating for six people. Patio doors open directly onto the garden and pool. Two steps lead down to the spacious lounge with comfy sofa seating, a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc), and a wood burning fireplace- ideal for the cooler months.

The completely refurbished modern kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a washing machine, fridge freezer, five electric hobs, integrated electric oven, grill and coffee machine, microwave and an extractor. The kitchen table overlooks the interior garden and has seating for six people. The utility room houses the washing machine. A door off the kitchen opens onto the clothes drying area.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

On the ground floor you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc), split unit air conditioning (extra weekly supplement applies) and an adjacent shared full family bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto a private balcony.

Bedroom two has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc), split unit air conditioning (extra weekly supplement applies) and this bedrooms shares the use of the family bathroom with bedroom one.

Stairs lead up to bedroom three which is the master double room (1.80m x 2m double bed) with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc), split unit air conditioning (extra weekly supplement applies) and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower unit. Patio doors open onto a private balcony.

Outside Space

The large terrace is furnished with six sun loungers for those who wish to soak up the Algarve sunshine and a parasol is available if you prefer a little shade. With a daybed to relax on and read your favourite holiday novel. The built-in charcoal BBQ is situated close to the front door in a circular, shaded seating area. There is also a shaded outside dining table with seating for eight people. The attractive freeform pool measures approximately 10m x 5m and has Roman style steps, set in the large laid to lawn garden surrounded by pines trees and shrubs.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and Bougainvillea Plaza are just a short drive away, and even closer is the Pure restaurant on roundabout two.

Within a short drive are many other facilities, such as horse riding, wind surfing and sailing.

Other Items

Rates include maid cleaning service from Monday to Friday except bank holidays, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Pool towels and a safe have been provided for your convenience.
