Villa Cubica is an ultra modern property, built on three levels and acts as a showcase for contemporary architecture, with its clean lines and feature glass panels. With three swimming pools, three barbeques, cinema room, Lutron lighting system throughout and a Sonos sound system both inside and outside of the villa.

Villa Cubica is an elegant five-bedroom villa with a private garden, main swimming pool (which can be heated for an extra weekly supplement), lap pool and roof top plunge pool, table tennis table, gas fire pit and a games room. Centrally located in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago, with generous outdoor space, this stunning villa provides the perfect getaway for families seeking a relaxing luxury holiday. Centralised air conditioning with individual room controls & fibre optic Wi-fi internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The large lounge with double height ceilings, comfy sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, and glass surrounds that when open bring the outside BBQ area into the main living space.

The modern, well equipped kitchen is a chefs dream with a central island, four electric hobs, double fridge, wine cooler, freezer, toaster, kettle, juicer, Nespresso coffee maker, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave and a dishwasher. The glass surrounds open up directly onto the pizza and BBQ area. There is a guest cloakroom on this level.

On the lower level is the cinema room with a large Smart wall mounted TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Apple, Prime, Netflix etc) and a guest cloakroom.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a double room with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc), fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with an heated towel rail. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace.

Bedroom two is a double room with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc), fitted wardrobes, a safe, and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three and four from the entrance level. Bedroom three is a double room (king-size) with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as previously mentioned, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open directly onto a small balcony. Bedroom four is the master double (super-king) with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as previously mentioned, fitted wardrobes and a generously sized dressing room, an open plan bathroom with a central free standing bath and a walk-in shower and double vanities. Patio doors open directly onto a balcony with two chairs and amazing views of the 5th hole of the Quinta south course.

Bedroom five is located on the lower level and has natural light, this is a twin room (which can be made as a double upon prior request) with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room and patio doors opening directly onto a small area.

Outside Space

The wonderful outdoor living space features a swimming overflow pool with steps entry, measuring approx.12.5m x 3.5m. The whole pool is 1.5m deep (can be heated for an extra weekly supplement) and a lap pool measuring approx.15m x 1.5m. and is 95cm deep, which is great for kids as shallow. With beautiful landscaped gardens and mature trees including olive, bonsai and yucca. You will find many areas to relax in the sun or shade on either the comfy outside furniture, the daybed or one of the many sun lounger's provided. There are two large parasols if you prefer a little shade and there is a small basketball hoop for the younger members of the party.

Stairs lead up to the the magnificent, spacious roof top terrace where you will find a further plunge pool measuring approx. 5m x 3m, the deepest part is 80cm and the shallowest 35cm, with submerged seating (cannot be heated), ample bench seating, a bar, two stools and a fridge with views overlooking the golf course and central terrace below.

There are three barbeques, two gas and a Green Egg and a newly installed pizza oven, all perfect for preparing the families al-fresco meals, which can be enjoyed on one of the tables provided with seating for twenty.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Vila Cubica is located within walking distance of the fashionable Quinta Shopping. Here guests can enjoy the wide selection of cafes and restaurants. Villa Cubica is situated close to Quinta do Lago's Campus which provides a variety of tennis, football and rugby courses throughout the year.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service three times a week, bathroom towel change twice a week; and a weekly bed linen change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
