Casa da Vinha is an immaculate single storey, three bedroom villa, set on a beautiful and spacious plot located in a private and peaceful area close to the luxury golf resort of Quinta do Lago. The villa has been completed to a high standard throughout and is complete with its very own tennis court. With Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning included in the rental rates.
Open plan living/dining room with split unit air conditioning, flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports, DVD player, Wi-fi internet and Denon speakers. Double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances including an American style fridge freezer with ice maker, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, 4 x electric hobs, extractor, coffee machine and dishwasher. Separate utility with drinks chiller, washing machine, iron & ironing board.
Bedroom one has twin beds that are prepared as a double, split unit a/c, double wardrobes with safe and an en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower unit, double vanities and towel heater.
Bedroom two has twin beds, split unit a/c and patio doors to the pool terrace. Bedroom three has twin beds, split unit a/c and patio doors to the pool terrace. Bedrooms two and three share the use of the adjacent family bathroom with large walk-in shower unit, towel heater and double vanities.
Casa da Vinha is set on an extensive private plot with rolling lawn gardens and tennis court. The swimming pool is freeform shape and measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres with steps entry. The deep end of the pool is 2.20 metres and the shallow end is 1.30 metres in depth. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The poolside terraces are furnished with sun loungers and the exterior dining table and chairs with Beefeater gas BBQ. There is plenty of space for parking on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates.
Casa da Vinha is located within short driving distance of the entrance to Quinta do Lago, the Quinta shopping complex where you will find designer boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants- and the nearby Bougainvillea Plaza where there are various eateries and a supermarket. In the surrounding area you have a wide range of excellent restaurants, a selection of championship golf courses and the local beaches are some of the most beautiful that the Algarve has to offer.
Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week, bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly) and bed linen (changed weekly). Pool towels are also provided for your convenience.
Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
