We are proud to exclusively represent Villa Verde, a stunning five bedroom villa with private heated pool, situated in a private and tranquil location within short driving distance of the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago. This peaceful haven is perfect for your relaxing family villa holiday in the Algarve, and is complete with a gymnasium, cinema room, golf practice room and putting green, a games room with pool table & table tennis table and much, much more! With Wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rates, Villa Verde is highly recommended by the Sun-hat team!

Living Areas

The kitchen is furnished with a breakfast table and chairs, and is fully equipped, with appliances including a fridge freezer, microwave, oven, 4 x electric hobs, extractor, dishwasher, Delta coffee maker, toaster and manual juicer. Separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Next to the kitchen is the dining room, with split unit a/c and doors leading to the barbecue terrace.

Living room with split unit a/c, comfy sofas, fireplace, TV with a wide range of Lazer channels including English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. From the living room, three sets of patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace. There is a guest cloakroom positioned next to the villa entrance hallway.

The lower level of the villa is packed with entertainment treats. The gymnasium is fully equipped, including a running machine, exercise bike, cross trainer, multi-trainer, weights bench & free weights and a wall mounted flat screen TV.

The impressive cinema room is complete with surround sound and a projector which shows the Lazer cable channels and films played on the Blu-ray DVD player.

And the large games room has everything you need to keep you entertained and will be the scene of many family holiday tournaments. Complete with a table tennis table, pool table, table football table, air hockey machine, Arcade Pro games machine and last but not least the golf practice room, perfect for fine tuning your swing!

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a double suite with split unit a/c and an en suite shower shower room. Bedroom two is a double suite with split unit a/c, doors to the poolside terrace and an en suite bathroom with bath and double vanities.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is a double suite with split unit a/c, doors to the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens and an en suite bathroom with bath and double vanities. This bedroom can be prepared as a twin upon prior request.

Bedroom four is the master double suite with split unit a/c, double wardrobes with safe, wall mounted TV, I-pod dock, doors to the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens and furnished with 2 x sun loungers and an en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower unit and double vanities.

Bedroom five is a double bedroom on the lower level, with split unit a/c, natural light via the windows and the use of the adjacent bathroom with shower unit. This bedroom can be prepared as a twin upon prior request.

Outside Space

Electric entry gates open to the impressive grounds of Villa Verde, with grass lawns, golf putting green and beautiful manicured gardens. There is plenty of space for parking on the villa forecourt.

The swimming pool measures 10 metres x 5 metres with steps entry and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. An electric pool cover is available to help retain the heat at night. The main exterior dining terrace is furnished with dining table and chairs, a large parasol and the Broil King gas BBQ, perfect for enjoying freshly cooked al-fresco meals. The poolside terraces are furnished with sun loungers, parasols and a shaded comfy seating area. A second terrace which leads from the kitchen is also furnished with shaded seating and dining table & chairs and this terrace catches the morning sun for breakfast time.

Location

Villa Verde is located within short driving distance of the entrance to Quinta do Lago, the Quinta shopping complex where you will find designer boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants- and the nearby Bougainvillea Plaza where there are various eateries and a supermarket. In the surrounding area you have a wide range of excellent restaurants, a selection of championship golf courses in Quinta do Lago itself and in nearby Vale do Lobo, and the local beaches are some of the most beautiful in the Algarve.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change for stays of 7 nights; and for stays of 14 nights there are 2 x maid cleaning service per week, one linen change per week and a towel change per visit. Pool towels and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
