Living Areas

Manicured gardens, flanking a grand stone staircase, provide a welcoming entrance which is beautifully framed by a set of two mature floating palms. The entrance foyer opens out to a jaw dropping open-plan interior. The split-level living room, kitchen and dining room is bright and spacious, revealing views of the swimming pool beyond the full-length glass walls and sliding doors. A slate feature wall in the living room and lovely large stone tiling is used throughout this space, creating a stunning environment. Features include a wall mounted flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player, and a Sonos wireless hi-fi system which comes with a selection of music or alternatively you can connect your own I-pads or I-phones.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, a large central island is complemented by only the very best of appliances, including a wine cooler, espresso machine, electric hobs, microwave, oven, dishwasher and integrated fridge freezers. Located next to the kitchen is the impressive dining area, complete with circular dining table, flat screen TV and fish tank! Double patio doors lead from this area to the exterior covered terrace and dining area.

The basement is unique, with a glass wall revealing the blue waters of the swimming pool's depths. A plush cinema room with blu-ray DVD player, steam room and adjacent shower room complete the space, alongside the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and the garage, which is available for client's use.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Upstairs, to the first floor, there are two bedroom suites, while a further set of stairs lead to a glass floor feature landing on the second floor. The Master bedroom suite and a further guest suite are located on this level.

Bedroom one on the first floor is a double room with a separate dressing area, en suite shower room and wall mounted flat screen TV. Bedroom two on the first floor is a double room with a separate dressing area, en suite shower room, wall mounted flat screen TV and doors to a terrace overlooking the pool.

Accessed via the unique glass flooring corridor, Master bedroom three is a double room with a large dressing room, flat screen TV, ultra contemporary en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit and doors to the excellent main terrace overlooking the pool, furnished with comfy seating.

Bedroom four on the second floor is a double room with a wall mounted flat screen TV, separate dressing area, en suite shower room and doors to the main terrace. Stairs lead to the 3rd floor of the property, where you will find the roof terrace complete with Jacuzzi.

Outside Space

The outdoor area, including a large roof terrace with Jacuzzi, needs to be seen to be believed. The swimming pool and surrounding wood decking sun terraces are ideal for enjoying the Algarve sunshine. The swimming pool, which measures approximately 4 metres x 13 metres with separate shallow relaxation section, has Geothermal pool heating available for an optional weekly supplement (only available April - October). The covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy al-fresco meals cooked on the gas BBQ.

Location

Quinta Verde is located within short driving distance of the entrance to Quinta do Lago, the Quinta shopping complex where you will find designer boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants- and the nearby Buganvillia Plaza where there are various eateries and a supermarket. In the surrounding area you have a wide range of excellent restaurants, a selection of championship golf courses and the local beaches are some of the most beautiful that the Algarve has to offer.
