The villa has been built on 3 levels, the ground floor has the kitchen, dining area, TV room and bedroom one. The upper level has bedrooms two, three and four and the lower level has bedroom five, the utility room, games room with Xbox 360, pool table and a home cinema. Centralised air conditioning system throughout with individual room controls.
The lounge has comfortable seating and a flat screen TV with English channels including BBC, ITV and Sky sports. The open plan kitchen and dining area has ample seating around a large table, there is a central island with added breakfast bar and 5 stools. The kitchen is modern in design and includes a double sink, fridge and separate freezer, wine cooler, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven, 4 electric hobs and a plate warmer. There is also a wall mounted flat screen TV with many English channels including BBC, ITV & Sky sports. Patio doors open onto the pool terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor.
On the lower level of Villa Zeus is the utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On this level is also the games room with an Xbox 360, pool table, small kitchenette with a sink, dishwasher, ice maker, wine chiller and a separate drinks fridge and the jewel in the crown, a sound proofed home cinema with ample comfortable seating.
Bedroom one on the ground floor is a twin room (beds can be made as a double) with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. Patio doors open to the front of the villa.
Bedrooms two, three and four are on the upper level. Bedroom two is a twin room with an en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to a small balcony. Bedroom three is a double room with an en-suite shower and double vanities, there is a walk in wardrobe and dressing area and a flat screen TV showing those English channels (BBC, ITV and Sky sports etc). There are three sets of patio doors which open onto the private upper terrace overlooking the pool with seating for two and a small table. Bedroom four is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, with double vanities, bath and a separate shower unit. There is a walk in dressing area with fitted wardrobes and a safe.
Bedroom 5, on the lower level is a twin room with an en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobes. There is also another guest cloakroom on the lower level.
The swimming pool measures approximately 10 metres x 4 metres and has an electric pool cover and can be heated for a supplemental charge. There is a gas BBQ and food preparation area with a sink and the partially covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy al-fresco dining. There is plenty of outside furniture to relax on during the hot summer days and a laid to lawn mature garden with trees and a water feature.
Quinta Verde is located within short driving distance of the entrance to Quinta do Lago, the Quinta shopping complex where you will find designer boutiques, bars, cafes and restaurants- and the nearby Bougainvillea Plaza where there are various eateries and a supermarket. In the surrounding area you have a wide range of excellent restaurants, a selection of championship golf courses and the local beaches are some of the most beautiful that the Algarve has to offer.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
