Exclusive to Sun-hat, we are proud to present Quinta da Amizade- a truly outstanding four bedroom villa with a private pool (can be heated for an weekly supplement), situated on an extensive and peaceful plot in Ludo valley, just a three minutes drive away from the Quinta shopping centre and the Laranjal golf course.

In addition to the main villa is the Orange Tree cottage, a separate two bedroom property which has been completely refurbished to a high standard and with a private plunge pool with separate child's section and garden area. Quinta da Amizade is now therefore available to rent as 4 or 6 bedroom villa. Main house only - four bedrooms; main house and cottage - six bedrooms. The cottage cannot be independently occupied whilst clients are in residence in the main house.

Main house Living Areas

Lovely spacious living areas and high quality contemporary interiors feature throughout this beautiful villa. The kitchen is open plan to the air conditioned breakfast dining area and is fully equipped with appliances including four electric hobs, extractor, fridge, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave and oven. The breakfast table seats four persons and the breakfast bar seats two persons. A wall mounted TV is complemented with a WII games console and DVD player and there is a Bluetooth speaker so you can stream your favourite sounds from your smart device. Next to this area is the laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board and an American style fridge freezer.

The air conditioned living/dining room features a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV with a wide range of English language IPTV channels available, including BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc). Furnished with comfy sofas and a dining table with seating for 8 persons. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level of the villa.

Main house Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one, two and three are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom one has a double bed (2m x 1.40m), split unit air conditioning, doors to the side terrace furnished with table and chairs and an en suite bathroom with bath, shower, towel heater and double vanities.

Bedroom two is a twin bedroom (each bed measures 2m x 1.40m) with split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with shower unit and towel heater.

Bedroom three is a twin bedroom (each bed measures 2m x 1.40m) with split unit a/c and an en suite bathroom with bath, shower and double vanities.

Bedroom four is the master double suite (2m x 1.60m), situated on the top floor of the villa. This impressive, spacious double suite is complete with a wall mounted TV with DVD player (plays DVDs only), split unit air conditioning, patio doors to a lovely large private terrace with furnished with two sun loungers and with far reaching country and sea views, and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, bath, towel heater, double vanities and dressing area.

Outside Space

Quinta da Amizade is situated on a large plot of land with rolling lawn gardens and orange trees, surrounded by countryside and yet only a three minute drive to the centre of Quinta do Lago. Entry to the villa is via the electric entry gates, and the driveway leads to the villa forecourt where there is lots of parking space.

Guests staying at Quinta da Amizade will love the magnificent pool area and poolside terraces, where many hours will be spent relaxing in the warm Algarvian sun on the poolside sun loungers. The pool measures 10 metres x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Next to the pool is the superb covered dining terrace, with dining table with seating for 8 persons, breakfast bar and stools, integrated grill and drinks fridge. The wall mounted TV offers guests the opportunity to watch live sporting events whilst relaxing on the terrace. You can stream your favourite sounds through the Bluetooth speakers and enjoy whilst relaxing on your sunbeds!

For entertainment, the table tennis table on the poolside terrace will be the scene of many family holiday tournaments- and football nets are available for the rolling lawn gardens.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Quinta da Amizade is just a few minutes drive by car to the entrance roundabout of Quinta do Lago; the Quinta shopping centre and the Buganvilia Plaza; the Laranjal and Pinheiros Altos golf courses and a wide selection of excellent local restaurants.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week. Bathroom towels are changed midweek and weekly; linen is changed on a weekly basis. Pool towels, a safe and hairdryers are provided for your convenience.

Two travel cots and a highchairs are available in the villa free of charge upon prior confirmation.
