For 2025 The Villa will undergo an interior decor renovation that is an investment surrounding 40,000€ - we intend to raise the property’s comfort and give it some modern luxury vibes, as well as a renovation of the Tennis court to building a brand new court, that’s an investment of over 60,000€.

The owner will also add a 5 burner Gas BBQ to the Exterior terrace

Living Areas

The lovely entrance hallway leads to the large and spacious open plan living/dining room with split unit a/c. The flat screen TV has a wide range of channels on the IPTV box, including BBC, ITV and Sky. Patio doors lead directly to the extensive poolside terraces.

The refurbished kitchen is fully equipped, with appliances including an American style fridge freezer with ice maker; dishwasher; washing machine; oven; microwave; electric hobs; extractor and filter coffee maker.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All of the bedrooms in Villa Cassie have electric shutters. Bedroom one has a double bed, split unit a/c, double patio doors to the front garden and an en suite shower room with rain shower. All of the taps in the villa have thermostats so you can set the temperature of the water as you like it and then it is automatic.

Bedroom two is a double bedroom with split a/c, doors to the front garden and an en suite shower room. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom with split a/c, an en suite shower room and this room is large enough to fit 2 extra beds upon prior request.

Bedroom four the master suite- complete with double bed, split a/c, patio doors to the poolside terrace and an en suite with shower and bath. There is also an additional guest cloakroom available.

Outside Space

You enter the property via electric entry gates onto the villa forecourt, where there is a beautiful water fountain and plenty of space for parking your hire car. Villa Cassie stands on a very large plot, 5000 square metres, and the central feature is the impressive 24 x 16 metre swimming pool and picturesque waterfall. The pool goes up to 2 metres deep by the waterfall cascade and there is also a large amount of shallow water area for the young children. The poolside terraces are furnished with sun loungers and surrounded by lawn gardens and fruit trees. You are truly spoiled for entertainment treats- a floodlit tennis court for those holiday family tournaments and a floodlit putting green (4 holes) to help sharpen up your game. You are also well catered for dining al-fresco, with a shaded dining terrace and BBQ area with charcoal BBQ and drinks fridge.

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Rates include maid cleaning service Mon-Friday with towels changed midweek and weekly; linen changed weekly. Pool towels and hairdryers are provided for your convenience. Built on a single level, Villa Cassie is wheelchair friendly.
