Overview
Villa Charlotte is a delightful 4 bedroom villa situated in a prime location overlooking the golf course in the beautiful resort of Pinheiros Altos, Quinta do Lago. With four en-suite bedrooms. There is also underfloor heating, wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout included in the rate.
Guests staying at this villa are entitled to discounted rates on the Pinheiros Altos golf course.
Living Areas
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, wine chiller, gas hobs, dishwasher and American style fridge freezer. Separate laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Living room with a TV with DVD player and a wide range of English language cable channels including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV. CD player. From the living room, patio doors open to the poolside terrace and a couple of steps lead up to the dining area with table and chairs for 10 persons.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the main house. Bedroom one has twin beds, a/c and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed, a/c, an en-suite with shower unit and patio doors leading to the pool area. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor.
Bedrooms three and four are situated on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is the master double suite with wall mounted TV, a/c, doors to the terrace with pool and golf views which is private to the suite, a dressing area and a large en suite bathroom with bath and shower unit.
Bedroom four is a twin bedroom (2 twins together to make a double), a/c and an en-suite shower room.
Outside Space
The pool measures approximately 10 x 5 metres with steps entry. The shallow end of the pool measures 0.7 metres, the mid-level 1.0 metres and the deep end is 2.00 metres in depth. The lower level of the grounds, adjacent to the golf course, are laid to lawn, a suitable area for the children to play. Shaded terrace with dining table and chairs and gas BBQ. There is plenty of space for parking on the villa entrance forecourt.
Location
Pinheiros Altos is on the eastern side of Quinta do Lago and is one of the most prestigious and successful premier private golf and leisure resorts in Europe. Whilst enjoying a beautiful location it is also close to the glorious beaches, the Quinta shopping centre and the array of restaurants and entertainment that can be found in the Quinta do Lago area.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Sliced bread 1 loaf, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
