Villa Mar a Vista is a unique five bedroom villa with private pool (which can be heated for an extra weekly supplement). The property consists of two dwellings. The main house, built on three levels features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The adjacent poolside cottage, offers a further two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Villa Mar a Vista benefits from an extensive sun bathing terrace furnished with sun loungers, parasols and a table tennis table- perfect for those family holiday tournaments. Featuring fibre-optic Wi-Fi internet, and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rates.

Villa Mar a Vista is the perfect property for a relaxing family holiday as its reserved, spacious and comfortable, tucked away in a fantastic location within the Golden Triangle between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. Located in the very popular and much sought after resort of Quinta do Mar and within walking distance of Ancao beach with its renowned beachside restaurants such as Dois Passos and The Bold Octupus. Guests staying at Mar a Vista gain access to the communal tennis courts, together with 24/7 security guard patrols in the general area ensuring the safety of residents and guests alike.

Living Areas

The main kitchen in the villa is modern in design and well equipped with a central island and appliances including a dishwasher, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, a double electric oven and grill, five gas hobs, extractor, blender, juicer, integrated microwave and warming tray, sandwich toaster, kettle, toaster, ice machine, fridge with a separate freezer, and an additional fridge under the counter.

The dining room and lounge are of an open plan design. The dining area is complete with a dining table with seating for eight people, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening directly onto the poolside terrace. The lounge has ample comfy sofa seating, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports, Sonos soundbar (so you can stream your favourite tunes directly from your Smart device) double split unit air conditioning units and triple patio doors opening directly onto the poolside terrace.

Stairs lead down to the utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Also on the lower level of the villa is the TV/Games room complete with a flat screen Smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player, a separate DVD player and a pool table.

The poolside cottage has a kitchenette with appliances including four gas hobs, an extractor, electric oven, fridge with a separate freezer, washing machine and a table with seating for four people. The cottage can be accessed separately to the main villa.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa bedrooms: On the entrance level of the main villa is bedroom one which is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a small balcony overlooking the pool and with far reaching views to the coast. Further steps lead up to bedroom three which is the master double suite with a dressing area and fitted wardrobes, a safe, Bose speaker and an en suite full bathroom with a spa bath, double vanities and a double walk-in shower. Triple patio doors open directly onto a private balcony overlooking the pool again with far reaching views to the coast.

The poolside cottage bedrooms: Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors open directly onto the poolside terrace.

Outside Space

The front of the property is laid to lawn with ornate trees and steps leading up to the front door. The main terraces are to the rear of the villa, the upper partially covered terrace off the lounge has a large round dining table with seating for eight people. Steps lead down to the large poolside terrace furnished with eight sunbeds, four parasols, a charcoal BBQ with a food preparation area, a table tennis table and an outside shower. the private swimming pool measures 9 x 5 metres, has steps entry and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The garden is laid to lawn in areas and is surrounded by trees and shrubs making it a relaxing, private space.

Location

Quinta do Mar is a luxury resort located within walking distance to Ancao beach, with a communal tennis court and an AstroTurf football pitch facilities, also a 24/7 security guard patrol ensures the safety of the residents of the resort. All the major facilities such as restaurants, bars, shopping centre and night-life are a short drive away. Beach: 5 minutes: Golf: 5 minutes: Airport: 20 minutes.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryers are provided for your convenience.
