Overview

Villa Hyacinth is a lovely five bedroom, 5 bathroom villa with its own private entrance and swimming pool. Ducted air conditioning through out with individual room controls and mosquito nets on all of the windows.

Located in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago, one of the most exclusive resorts in Europe, Encosta do Lago is the perfect family holiday destination, situated close to the golden sandy beaches of the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve and just 5 minutes walk from the lake, where there is a restaurant and a water sports centre. The Encosta do Lago complex features a large communal pool, gymnasium, spa, floodlit tennis courts and an exclusive restaurant.

Living Areas

The well equipped kitchen has a central island and the appliances include a large American fridge freezer and ice maker; toaster; filter coffee machine & an expresso coffee machine; microwave; dishwasher; toasted sandwich maker; juicer; extractor fan; four gas hobs and an electric oven and grill.

Onto the dining room which has a large table and seating for ten persons. The lounge has two separate comfy seating areas, a flat screen TV showing many cable channels including English language channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports.

Downstairs you will find the utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and there is also a guest cloakroom and a further fridge for guests use.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, safe, a/c and an en suite bathroom. Patio doors open onto the side of the villa. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, a/c and an en suite bathroom with a separate shower. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, safe, a/c and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and a spa bath tub. Patio doors open to the poolside terrace.

Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes, a/c and an en suite bathroom with a spa bath tub, double vanities and a separate shower. Patio doors open on a private terrace with 2 sunbeds and a parasol. Bedroom five is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, safe, a/c and an en suite bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the pool.

Outside Space

The swimming pool with steps entry measures approximately 10m x 5m and can be heated for an extra weekly supplement. The outside area includes ten sun loungers to soak up the Algarve sunshine, a table tennis table for family tournaments, a gas BBQ and parasols for shading.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre where you will find designer boutiques and eateries. The airport at Faro is only a 25 minute drive away.

Encosta do Lago is located just 5 minutes walk from the Quinta do Lago lake where there is a restaurant and a water sports centre, and the beach is a 20 minute walk away. All within close driving distance are a selection of internationally renowned golf courses- Laranjal, Quinta do Lago North and South, San Lorenzo and Pinheiros Altos.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week, bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly) and bedroom linen (changed weekly). A hairdryer and pool towels are provided for guests use.
