Villa Swakeleys is an immaculate four bedroom property, built on one level and set in a peaceful location in in the Valverde area of Quinta do Lago, a development of luxury villas adjacent to Quinta do Lago.

Living Areas

The main entrance takes you to the inner hall with cloakroom and the lounge with a separate dining area, the comfortable and stylish furniture is complimented by modern accessories, cable TV (with sports channels), a DVD player, CD player and wi-fi internet connection. The internet usage is limited to web browsing and the checking of personal emails only.

The kitchen is fully equipped to a very high standard with granite work tops and includes all you need for luxury modern living, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine and a microwave.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom accommodation comprises the master double bedroom with TV, ensuite shower room and patio doors to terrace and pool; and three further twin bedrooms, each with private ensuite facilities, one twin has an ensuite bathroom and the other two have en suite shower rooms.

Outside Space

Patio doors lead out to the large sun terrace with saltwater kidney shaped pool (8m x 4m), gas barbecue, roof terrace and gardens.

Location

The cafes and restaurants at the main square are only a short walk away, and the beach is just a few minutes by car.

Other Items

The villa also has air-conditioning available in the living room and the bedrooms available for a weekly supplement. Our rates also include a regular maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels.

Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.
