Overview
Villa Vanessa is a superb four bedroom villa, freshly refurbished to a high standard to give the villa a modern, yet homely feel. The house is furnished in cooling shades of beige, cream and light yellow throughout and is fully air conditioned. All bedrooms have televisions with cable channels (including BBC. ITV & Sky Sports) and wi-fi internet. The private pool can be heated upon request.
Living Areas
Open plan kitchen, living and dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, gas hobs, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker and juicer. A separate utility houses the washing machine. Dining table and chairs for 8 persons, breakfast table for 4 persons and comfortably furnished living room with large wall mounted TV, DVD player and Sonos sound system.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one, two and three are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedrooms one and two have twin beds, split a/c, wall mounted TVs and en suites with showers. Bedroom three has a double bed, split a/c, wall mounted TV, doors to side terrace and an en suite shower room.
Bedroom four is on the first floor of the villa, and this master double suite has split a/c, wall mounted TV, doors to the terrace and an en suite with shower unit and double wash basins.
Outside Space
Villa Vanessa benefits from a gorgeous terrace and tropical garden with plenty of lovely lounging areas and an outdoor dining area under a cooling canopy. Integrated gas Beefeater barbecue. The private pool measures approximately 9 x 3 metres with steps entry and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.
Location
Villa Vanessa is situated in Clube da Ancao, which is centrally located between the luxury resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, just a few minutes drive (or slightly longer gentle stroll) from the beautiful beach at Praia do Ancao. All major facilities such as restaurants, bars and the Quinta shopping centre are just a short drive away.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week, with bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly and linen changed weekly. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Foodpack contents are as follows, quantities are adjusted to suit the number in the party:- Bread, Milk, Butter, Water, Soft drinks, Ham, Cheese, Tomatoes, Fruit, Orange juice, Plus other items to suit when the clients arrive- If they arrive at night they will receive some additional breakfast ingredients, and if they arrive day time they get what is needed for a light snack lunch.
