Villa Maureena is a charming 4 bedroom Villa with private heated pool that is located in the resort of Quinta do Mar, which is situated in a fantastic location within the Golden Triangle between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

This villa is perfect for a relaxing family holiday because it is reserved, spacious and comfortable.The interior decoration is in perfect harmony with the villa. Featuring wi-fi internet, central under floor heating and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

Living room with wall mounted flat screen plasma TV with satellite channels and dining area and with access to the terrace and pool via double patio doors. The dining area is connected to the fully fitted and equipped air conditioned kitchen complete with central breakfast bar. Kitchen appliances include 2 x fridge freezers, coffee machine, oven, microwave, gas hobs and dishwasher.

On the lower level of the villa there is a games area with a darts board, bar and pool table. Next to the games area we find the utility room complete with a washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a double room with an en suite bathroom and bedroom two is a double room with two twin beds together and an en suite shower room. There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is the Master double suite complete with a large separate dressing area, doors to the private terrace overlooking the pool and an en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle and dual wash basins.

Bedroom four is a double room with doors to a private terrace and an en suite shower room with dual wash basins and a large walk-in shower unit.

Outside Space

The delightful exterior area has a swimming pool which measures 10 x 5 metres, a built-in gas BBQ with food preparation area and a covered terrace with patio furniture. The pool has an electric cover and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.

Location

Quinta do Mar is a luxury resort located within walking distance to the beach and that has a tennis court and football pitch facilities, also a 24/7 security guard patrol ensures the safety of the residents of the resort. All the major facilities such as restaurants, bars, shopping centre and night-life are a short drive away. Beach: 5 minutes: Golf: 5 minutes: Airport: 20 minutes.
