Apartment Borboleta is a lovely 2 bedroom property located in the Oceano apartments, just 500 metres from the beautiful beach in Dunas Douradas. Centralized air conditioning with individual room controls, electric shutters and Wi-Fi internet throughout.

Living Areas

The galley style kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including 4 x electric hobs, extractor, coffee maker, juicer, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and grill, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Steps lead down to the lounge and dining area with ample comfy sofa seating, an armchair, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. A dining table with seating for six and patio doors opening onto the decked area and pool.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom two is a a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors open onto the pool area.

Outside Space

Off the lounge is a decked area with a swimming pool measuring approx 7m x 1.5m, two comfy rattan sofas, three chairs and two sun loungers.

Location

Situated close to the Tennis Centre and a short walk to the beautiful Dunas Douradas beach where the popular and stylish Maria's restaurant is located- and just a short walk along the coast takes you to the Julia's beach where there is a selection of trendy restaurants and bars.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change; and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels & a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

The owner of Apartment Borboleta unfortunately does not allow children in the villa, but does accept teenagers from the age of 14, and therefore sleeps up to 4 adults.
