Villa Margaridas is a cracking three bedroom property complete with its own private pool and views of the 12th green of the Vale do Lobo Royal Golf Course. Nestled in the exclusive Margarida resort area of Vale do Lobo, this villa is the perfect retreat for clients seeking relaxation in a peaceful environment.

With fibre optic Wi-fi internet, electric shutters with central control panel and air conditioning with individual room controls throughout- all included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a toaster, kettle, integrated electric oven, grill, microwave, four electric hobs, an extractor fan, dishwasher, and a fridge freezer.

The lounge is designed for comfort, and features ample sofa seating; a wall-mounted flat screen TV offering a wide selection of cable channels, including English language channels such as Sky Sports, TNT Sports, BBC, and ITV; and a JBL soundbar is positioned below the TV for enhanced audio quality and you can stream your favourite sounds from your smart device. There is also a conveniently positioned dining table and chairs located here. Double patio doors open from the lounge directly onto the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Stairs lead up to bedrooms one & two and at the top of the stairs is a fixed stairgate. Bedroom one is a double room with a dressing area; a safe; a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same selection of channels as the lounge TV (please bring you own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities.

Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, again with a wall mounted flat screen TV with the same selection of channels as the previous TV's and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony.

On the lower level of the property you will find bedroom three and the utility room. Bedroom three is a twin room with two small double beds (so this room sleeps two persons; or it can sleep two adults and either one or two children under the age of 10 years- but this would need to be upon prior request and confirmation from the owner); split unit air conditioning; a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the previous TV's (please bring you own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Outside Space

The pool area is surrounded by hedgerow for added seclusion. The infinity style swimming pool, measures approximately 7 metres x 3.5 metres and features steps for easy entry. The spacious poolside terrace is thoughtfully furnished with six comfortable sun loungers, where you can unwind and read a good book. A large parasol provides shade for those seeking a break from the sun. For culinary enthusiasts, a gas BBQ is on hand, complete with a food preparation counter and sink, making outdoor cooking a delight. Enjoy your freshly prepared meals at the dining table, which seats six, perfect for al fresco dining. At the far end of the terrace, a raised seating area offers an additional spot to chill in the peaceful surroundings.
