Overview

Casa Freya is a delightful three bedroom, three bathroom villa with private pool situated in the peaceful resort of Vale de Garrao, a lovely estate centrally located between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, and within a 12 minute walk or close driving distance of some of the most beautiful beaches that the Algarve has to offer. Casa Freya is of a traditional Portuguese design, but has a recently refurbished kitchen and bathrooms and represents a very good value for money property. With Wi-fi internet and air conditioning in the bedrooms included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

Open plan living/dining room complete with a flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. Next to the dining area is the kitchen, recently refurbished and fully equipped with appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker; juicer; kettle; sandwich toaster; electric hobs; oven; extractor; toaster; microwave and dishwasher. The adjacent utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and the fridge freezer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds, split unit a/c, patio doors to the terrace and the use of the adjacent bathroom. Bedroom two has twin beds, split unit a/c, doors to the side terrace and an en suite shower room.

Bedroom three is on the first floor of the villa and this spacious master suite has a double bed, split unit a/c, separate seating area, a safe in the double wardrobes, doors to the first floor terrace and an en suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower unit. From the first floor terrace steps lead up to the private roof terrace, furnished with sun loungers.

Outside Space

The swimming pool is kidney bean shaped and measures approximately 8 metres x 3 metres. The deep end of the pool is 2.20 metres and the shallow end is 0.80 metres. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers, and the large parasol or the surrounding trees provide relaxing shade on some areas of the terrace, or alternatively you can relax and soak up the Algarve sun. There is an exterior table and chairs with seating for 6 persons, to enjoy meals freshly cooked on the gas BBQ. To the rear of the plot there is a lawn garden area suitable for kids to play on and there is off road parking available on the villa driveway, protected by the entrance gate.

Location

Located close to the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, there is a full range of recreational facilities nearby including shops, bars, restaurants, championship golf courses and a choice of fabulous beaches. The nearest beach is a 12 minute walk away.

Rates include a midweek and weekly maid cleaning service, bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly) and bedroom linen (changed weekly). Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
