Overview
Villa Anya is a three bedroom linked property with a private pool which is situated on the popular 'Village development' - close to the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo and within close walking distance to a number of local restaurants. Wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout are included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The entrance of villa Anya leads directly into the open plan living area furnished with comfy sofa and chair seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and split unit air conditioning. Adjacent to the lounge is the dining room complete with a table and six chairs. The utility room is found off the lounge and houses the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen includes a central high table with two accompanying stools and is fully equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, four hobs, an extractor, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and fridge freezer. The kitchen door opens onto the covered exterior dining terrace and pool.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the property and is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading to the terrace and pool. Bedroom one has use of the adjacent bathroom.
Bedrooms two and three are on the upper level. Bedroom two is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom three has a double bed, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe and an en suite bathroom.
Outside Space
The decked poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers, and the private swimming pool measures approximately 6 metres x 4 metres. The partially covered dining terrace is furnished with a table and seating for six people and comfy sofa seating. For al-fresco dining there is a charcoal BBQ.

Villa Anya is located in The Village, which is an development situated within walking distance to a number of local restaurants and is also within close driving distance of the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. There is plenty to do in Vale de Lobo - in addition to the 2 championship golf courses and the tennis centre, you will discover a breathtaking coastline with beautiful beaches and the lively Praca area, where there is a good selection of bars, fine restaurants and nightlife for you to enjoy.
Other Items
Rates include a weekly and midweek maid cleaning service; bathroom towels (changed weekly and midweek) and bedroom linen (changed weekly). Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost
EUR2.00 per person per night
(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
