Casa Maya is a charming two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse with a private jacuzzi and off road parking for one car. Situated in the peaceful resort of Vale do Garrao, a lovely urbanisation centrally located between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, and within a 12 minute walk to Praia do Ancao. Alternatively you are within close driving distance of some of the most beautiful beaches that the Algarve has to offer.

Air conditioning and Fibre optic internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with appliances including a microwave, four gas hobs, electric oven and grill, extractor, toaster, kettle, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, hand blender, fridge freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. The dining area includes a table and seating for four people. There is a guest cloakroom on this level.

Steps lead down to the lounge furnished with 2 x two seater sofas, split unit air conditioning, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports. Patio doors open onto the private terrace and jacuzzi.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Stairs lead up to the bedrooms. Bedroom one is a twin room (which can be made as a double upon prior request) and with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Steps lead up to the family bathroom with double vanities. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a make-up area, a safe and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a small private balcony.

Outside Space

The private terrace off the lounge is complete with its own jacuzzi, there is a covered dining area with a table and seating for four people, there is also a gas BBQ for the budding chef to create your al fresco meals. Jacuzzi heating is included. The roof terrace is furnished with two sun beds.

Location

Casa Maya is ideally located for those who wish to enjoy the sun, sea and sand. Close to the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, there are a full range of recreational facilities nearby including shops, bars, restaurants, championship golf courses and a choice of fabulous beaches. The nearest beach is a 12 minute walk away where you can experience the stunning Algarve sunsets!

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and towel change and a weekly changeover clean, towel change and linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
