The interior of the property is all built on one level and is positioned on the first floor of the complex. The entrance to the property can be reached via a lift or stairs. To the left of the entrance door is the modern designed air conditioned kitchen, which is fully equipped to a high standard and appliances comprise of a washing machine, dishwasher, electric hobs, electric oven, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge freezer and separate wine cooling fridge.

The apartment then opens out into a very spacious open plan lounge and dining room which has a classy feel and contemporary furnishings. A large flat screen plasma television with internet UK channels, including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV, DVD player and Bose surround sound system can be enjoyed from the comfortable sofas. Double patio doors lead to the penthouse terrace, with amazing sea views which can be enjoyed from the lounge area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double bedroom (1.80 x 2.00 metres bed) with double wardrobes and a private Juliet balcony overlooking the property entrance. This bedroom utilises the separate apartment shower room which is complete with towel heaters and a dressing area.
