Overview

Villa Larissa is an excellent 4 bedroom Villa, built on three levels, with a private pool and garden (pool heating is available for an extra weekly supplement), located in the resort of Quinta do Mar, which is situated in a fantastic location within the Golden Triangle between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

This villa is perfect for a relaxing family holiday because it is reserved, spacious and comfortable. The interior decoration is in perfect harmony with the villa. Featuring wi-fi internet, and air conditioning throughout, included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The lounge has comfy sofa seating, a wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels including English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports; split unit air conditioning and double patio doors opening on the poolside terrace. The separate dining room with dining table and seating for eight persons and split unit air conditioning has patio doors that open to the side of the villa. Off the dining room is a TV room with a Sonos music system, so you can stream your favourite music directly from your tablet or smart phone.

The well equipped kitchen with split unit air conditioning has appliances including a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electric oven and grill, four gas hobs, American fridge freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. Off the kitchen is the utility room which houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and patio doors opening on to the poolside terrace, with an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail.

Upstairs to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three, the Master bedroom, is a double room (bed is 1.8 x 2 m) with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a large spa bath, double vanities, a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom four is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, patio doors to a Juliet balcony and an en suite bathroom with a large oval bath, double vanities and a heated towel rail. Off the first floor landing is a private balcony overlooking the garden.

On the lower level you will find the games room complete with a table tennis table, a pool table, split unit air conditioning, sofa seating and a table and two chairs.

Outside Space

The swimming pool measures approximately 11 metres x 5 metres with steps entry, (the pool can be heated for an extra weekly supplement). The South facing poolside is spacious with plenty of room for relaxing and soaking up the Algarve sunshine on the sun loungers and is surrounded by a very charming garden with flowers, mature shrubs and a grass lawn. The partially covered terrace has a table and seating for eight persons, the gas barbecue is ideal for al-fresco dining.

Location

Quinta do Mar is a luxury resort located within walking distance to the beach and that has a tennis court and an AstroTurf football pitch facilities, also a 24/7 security guard patrol ensures the safety of the residents of the resort. All the major facilities such as restaurants, bars, shopping centre and night-life are a short drive away. Beach: 5 minutes: Golf: 5 minutes: Airport: 20 minutes.

Pool heating is available for an extra weekly supplement, rates include a maid cleaning service Mon - Fri excluding bank holidays. Pool towels, hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.
