19 Fazenda Santiago is a three bedroom detached villa, which is built on two levels. Air-conditioning is available at an extra cost and is located in both the living room and bedrooms. The property has been comfortably furnished to a high standard and is situated on an attractive, landscaped, new development. Includes cable channels with a wide range of English language channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports.
The living area comprises of a spacious, open-plan lounge/diner which has a DVD player, CD player, wi-fi internet and cable television with a wide range of English language channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports. The fully-fitted kitchen is very well equipped with modern amenities including a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. This carefully designed property is well appointed throughout and a telephone and safe have been included for guests to use. The telephone is metered for client's usage.
The sleeping accommodation is spread over the two floors. On the ground floor, there are two twin bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom is situated on the first floor (bed measures 1.80 x 2m) and benefits from a dressing area, en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a private terrace.
Patio doors lead out to the partially covered sun-terraces. The pretty landscaped garden is largely laid to lawn and has an attractive pergola. There is plenty of space to sunbathe beside the private swimming pool, which can be heated for a supplemental charge if required. The swimming pool measures approximately 9 x 4 metres. Patio furniture and a barbeque are provided on the terrace for dining ‘al fresco’ in the warmer months.
This villa is located in a new development just a short drive (approximately 5 minutes) from the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. Fazenda Santiago has access to its own tennis courts, gym and sauna on site.
Rates include a maid service twice per week, bathroom towels and bed linen. Extra cleaning can be arranged for a supplemental charge if required. Air conditioning is available for a weekly supplement.
Please note there is a mandatory Winter heating charge, applicable for bookings from November to March. We will take a weekly deposit to be held against the final charge upon meter reading - cost to be advised after departure.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
