Overview
Villa Irena, built on two levels, is a traditionally styled three bedroom detached villa with a private pool and exceptional golf and sea views. Located in a quiet area of the prestigious Vale do Lobo resort, yet is within close distance of all facilities the resort has to offer, including the supermarket, golf club and the Praca/ beach.
Throughout the property the rooms are bright and spacious, making the most of the natural light and drawing on the stunning views. The property has a centralised a/c system throughout, included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The entrance level comprises of the entrance hall, living & dining room with feature fireplace, fibre-optic wi-fi, flat screen TV with a wide range of cable channels including English language channels such as BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. Double patio doors open out to the pool terrace. Also on this floor is the kitchen, laundry room and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with the villa appliances including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The upper level has a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and the master double bedroom with an en suite bathroom including a large bathtub and a private south facing balcony overlooking the pool and the ocean beyond.
Outside Space
Villa Irena is set within a tastefully landscaped large lawn garden, combining the peaceful surroundings with a traditional but fresh design. The partially covered exterior terrace is complete with a dining table and chairs, and is perfect for al-fresco meals freshly cooked on the gas BBQ, there is also a food preparation area with a sink. The pool which measures approx 9m x 4,5m and is 1.10m in the shallow end and 2,20m in the deep end and surrounding terraces are complete with sun loungers.
Location
Situated within the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, which also boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean; and the famous Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants and eateries and family entertainment during the summer months. Some of the Algarve's most beautiful beaches can be found in the local area.
Other Items
Rates include a mid cleaning service 3 x per week; bathroom towels are changed midweek and weekly; bed linen is changed weekly. Pool towels, a hairdryer and a safe are provided for your convenience.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Sliced bread 1 loaf, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
