Villa Deus do Mar, which means 'god of the sea' is a truly outstanding five bedroom villa with breathtaking ocean views. Located in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, this high specification and exclusive property is a real gem and is complete with a heated infinity pool with electric cover, games room with pool table, electric shutters and air conditioning throughout, Wi-fi internet and much more! And if the stunning ocean views were not enough then you can also enjoy panoramic views of the famous Vale do Lobo ocean course.

Living Areas

Fabulous open plan living area and kitchen with the breathtaking ocean views through the patio doors which lead directly to the poolside terrace. Feature fireplace; wall mounted flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports; central air conditioning with individual room control and Sonos speaker so you can stream your favourite music from your mobile phone or tablet.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with appliances including a double size fridge freezer; integrated oven; integrated microwave; kettle; Nespresso coffee maker; toaster; wine chiller and dishwasher. Central island with electric hobs and extractor which retracts into the ceiling.

On the lower level of the villa is the games room with pool table, a TV lounge with big flat screen TV, a bathroom with shower and the utility area with washing machine, tumble dyer, iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one to four are on the ground (entrance) level of the villa. All bedrooms have central air conditioning with individual room control. Bedroom one has a double bed and patio doors to the terrace. Bedroom two has a double bed, sea views and doors to the terrace. Bedrooms one and two share the use of the adjacent family bathroom with large walk-in shower unit.

Bedroom three has a double bed, sea views, doors to the terrace and an adjacent bathroom. Bedroom four has twin beds, doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. There is also an additional guest cloakroom on this level.

The fifth bedroom is the master suite, located on the first floor of the villa. From here, the amazing views create a vantage point that is hard to compete with. The master suite has a double bed, two private terraces, dressing area and an en suite with double vanities, shower and bath.

Outside Space

The ocean and golf course views are a sight to behold from the poolside terrace, furnished with dining table and chairs; stylish comfy seating and sun loungers. The side terrace houses the Beefeater gas BBQ, food prep area and separate Weber charcoal BBQ.

The infinity style pool measures approximately 12 x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. There is an electric cover to retain the heat.

Location

Villa Deus do Mar is located in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, where the tennis centre, beach and the lively Praca are only a short distance away. The Praca is a popular area for families where you will find a wide range of restaurants and bars. Vale do Lobo benefits from two championship golf courses, the Royal course and the Ocean course, and in nearby Quinta do Lago you will find a further 5 championship golf courses, as well as a wide range of restaurants and the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service Monday- Friday, with bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly; and linen changed weekly. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are all provided for your convenience.

There is a dormant building plot directly next to Villa Deus do Mar which the Sun-hat in-resort team are monitoring regularly to see if there are any signs of activity starting up again. As an aside we are not expecting the local council to allow any noisy building works during the peak summer months of July and August.
