Villa Trudy is a delightful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private jacuzzi. The property is situated adjacent to the 8th fairway of the Ocean Golf course on the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, and is just a few minutes drive from the Praca, Golf club and the beautiful beaches. With air-conditioning, fibre-optic WI-FI internet and electric shutters throughout, all included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The bright open plan lounge and dining area is furnished with comfortable sofa seating and a dining table seating 6 persons. There is a flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports, a CD player, split unit air conditioning and the large patio doors open onto the decked terrace.
The modern kitchen is air conditioned and fully equipped with appliances including 4 electric hobs and an electric oven, toaster, kettle, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, clothes dryer, washing machine and extractor fan.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a twin room on the living level with fitted wardrobes and split unit air conditioning. Patio doors open onto the front of the property. There is an adjacent shower room with a heated towel rail.
On the first floor of the property is bedroom two, which is the master double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail and double vanities. Patio doors open onto the large balcony overlooking the golf course and includes 2 sun beds and chairs.
Bedroom three is a twin room on the lower level of the villa and is complete with an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower. There is also a separate sitting area with a sofa, TV and a PlayStation 2.
Outside Space
The south facing decked balcony off the lounge has a built-in gas BBQ with a sink and food preparation area, a table with seating for six, a private heated jacuzzi (with cover) and plenty of room for sunbathing and al-fresco dining whilst taking in the fabulous golf views.
Location
This property is within close distance of many of Vale do Lobo’s superb facilities and just a few minutes’ drive from the beach, supermarket, golf club and the renowned Praca.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week, bedroom linen, bathroom & pool towels and air conditioning throughout the villa. Pool towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

Food pack contents are as follows:- Sliced bread 1 loaf; Butter 250g; Semi-skimmed Milk 1 x 1 litre; White wine 1 x bottle; Orange Juice 1 x carton; 10 Tea Bags; 10 Sachets of Coffee; Water 2 x 1.5 litres; Lemonade x 1 bottle; Sugar x 25 Sachets; Ham 1 x 250g pack; Sliced cheese 1 x 250g pack; Seasonal fruit 4 x individual pieces; Tomatoes x 4; Eggs x 6; 1 large pack of crisps; 1 x jar of Jam; 1 x pack of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
