Overview

Sun-hat are very proud to introduce to our luxury villa portfolio Villa Chloe, a truly remarkable contemporary five bedroom villa that offers the ultimate in luxury with features such as Sonos throughout the property, a gym, sauna and Turkish bath- but the real showstopper is the rooftop pool (which can be heated for a weekly supplement) that boasts unparalleled views of the golf course and the ocean beyond.

Villa Chloe is within close walking distance of the beautiful Praca- where you will find a selection of bars, restaurants and nightlife.

The property is built on three floors and has an internal lift spanning each level or alternatively you can use the spiral staircase from the lounge. Centralised air conditioning with individual room controls and fibre optic Wi-Fi internet are included in the rental rates.

Living Areas

The spacious lounge, dining area and kitchen are of an open plan design and surrounded with floor to ceiling glass doors that open onto the outside dining terrace bringing the outside, inside! The lounge area is comfortably furnished with a stretching “L” shaped sofa, a large wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc). Adjacent to the living space is the kitchen and dining area with a table and seating for ten people. The modern kitchen is complete with an central island with four electric hobs and an extractor, integrated electric oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer, dishwasher and a fridge freezer. On this level there is also a guest cloakroom.

On the lower level of the villa you will find the entertainment & utility rooms, a gym, sauna, Turkish bath and bedrooms four and five. The utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The gym is complete with a walk-in shower, a sauna and a Turkish bath, and the gym equipment comprises of a set of free weights, 2 spinning bikes and a weights machine. The entertainment area has a wide selection of family board games to keep you amused and a table with 6 chairs on which to play them, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channel list as the previous TV's (please bring your own log-in codes to stream Netflix, Amazon etc), comfy sofa seating and a darts board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level of the villa you will find bedrooms one, two and three, each with black out blinds. Bedroom one is the master king-size double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the lounge and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the garden.

Bedroom two is a king-size double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. In this bedroom stairs lead to a mezzanine level complete with a sofa bed (suitable for one child up to the age of 13yrs) and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the previous TV's. Patio doors lead to the outside terrace.

Bedroom three is a king-size double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. This bedroom also has stairs that lead to a mezzanine level complete with a sofa bed (suitable for one child up to the age of 13yrs) and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the previous TV's. Patio doors lead to the outside terrace.

On the lower level of the property you will find bedrooms four and five. Bedroom four is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as previous and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a private, enclosed terrace.

Bedroom five is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as previous and an en suite shower room. Again patio doors open onto a private, enclosed terrace.

Outside Space

The stunning rooftop terrace has amazing panoramic golf and sea views. The rooftop pool has a shallow sunbathing area which is complete with four good quality sun loungers and measures approx. 5m x 3.5m, from here steps lead to the deeper part of the pool which measures approx. 11.5m x 3m (the pool can be heated for a weekly supplement, there is no pool cover). The lovely outdoor dining area, is complete with a gas BBQ and an outside kitchen with a small fridge, an ice making machine, induction hob and a food preparation area with a sink. The pleasant lounging area is furnished with comfy outside sofa seating and four large parasols. There are six further good quality sun loungers and a large dining table with seating for fourteen people. There is also a shower room on this level.

Location

Villa Chloe occupies a stunning frontline location, overlooking the 15th fairway of the Royal Golf course and the coast. The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses; the tennis centre and the famous Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants and eateries and family entertainment during the summer months. The beaches at Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas are two of the most beautiful and high quality beaches that the Algarve coastline has to offer. The Praca is within close walking distance of Villa Chloe.

Other Items

The rates include maid cleaning service Mon-Fri (bathroom towels changed midweek and weekly and bed linen changed weekly). Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are available for your convenience.
