The location is a 10 minute stroll from the ‘Praca’ with its cafes and restaurants.

Living Areas

On the ground level there is a large, attractive living room with dining area, wood burning fireplace, air conditioning, TV with a wide range of channels including Sky Sports, BBC & ITV, & a DVD player. There is also a guest cloakroom.

The contemporary design kitchen is fully fitted, and complete with washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, electric hobs, extractor, microwave, oven and fridge freezer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor served by a bathroom and upstairs is the Master suite which is a twin bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom with double walk-in shower. Patio doors lead to the private first floor terrace with glorious far reaching ocean views.

Outside Space

Patio doors open onto a covered terrace, ideal for al fresco eating straight from the charcoal barbecue. The villa has a private 6.6m x 4m kidney shaped pool (1,2 metres in depth) that is accessed via a ladder and a sunbathing area from which to take advantage of the superb golf course and ocean views.

Rates include maid cleaning service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels once per week. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms and living room of the property.

Please note that the owner will kindly provide a complimentary basic welcome refreshment pack for all bookings that have not already booked a larger food pack. The pack will contain tea, coffee, sugar, water, milk, a bottle of white wine, biscuits and kitchen roll.
