Villa Elegance is an ultra stylish 4 bedroom detached villa with pool, situated within walking distance of the beach and the lively Praca in the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo. This beautiful contemporary design villa is complete with infinity pool; sauna; wi-fi internet; Sonos sound system and a centralised air conditioning system throughout- included in the rental rates. The natural lighting throughout is plentiful and efficient whilst maintaining privacy through angles and lines.

PLEASE NOTE THE PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN DUE TO THE UNPROTECTED STAIRS AND INFINITY POOL.

Living Areas

On the entrance level to the villa there is a living area which has access to the garage, the sauna and large walk in shower. The living area is furnished with a sofa and the wall mounted flat screen TV displays a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. The Sonos music system enables you to play your favourite music streamed from your mobile devices. Next to this living area is the sauna, with adjacent shower unit. Also on this level is the utility room, with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board and extra drinks fridge.

The upper floor is composed of the open plan living room, dining room and kitchen - all of which are fully furnished & equipped. This level also contains the cloak room and double patio doors lead to the two terraces - the first is a partially covered terrace next to the white infinity swimming pool and the second a lower deck terrace, ideal for sunbathing and taking in the view.

The upper floor living area has a dining table with 8 chairs, Sonos speaker and feature fireplace and is open plan to the kitchen which is fully equipped with appliances including a fridge freezer with ice maker; integrated combi-oven; Nespresso coffee maker; toaster and central island with breakfast bar and electric hobs; hot plate and dishwasher.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Down a few steps from the entrance level living area is the bedroom wing. The bedrooms are all south west facing with large double patio doors. The master suite is on the end of the wing and boasts a centred double bed, central a/c, wall mounted flat screen TV, a walk-in closet and a marvellous fully equipped bathroom with double vanities, bath and large walk-in shower unit and large glass windows with a sea view still.

The other three bedroom suites all have double beds, central a/c, wall mounted TVs and en suite shower rooms.

Outside Space

The infinity design swimming pool measures 12 x 4 metres and adjacent to the pool are two terraces- a wood decking sunbathing terrace with loungers; and the main poolside terrace with BBQ and dining table and chairs.

The top floor of the villa is a two level terrace with a seating area and a feature fire pit with the best views of the property and the sea. The garden is fully landscaped and has incredibly light features which show off the best of the exterior at night.

Location

Villa Elegance enjoys a central location in the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars and restaurants. Vale do Lobo and nearby Dunas Douradas also have two of the most beautiful beaches that you will find in the Algarve.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon-Fri except public holidays, bathroom towels and bedroom linen. Pool towels, a hairdryer and safe are provided for your convenience.

Safety Issues for young Children

One of the two main entrance doors to the property has stairs without a handrail or glass balustrade

also the stairs from 1st Floor Living Room area to roof terrace has no handrail or glass balustrade.
