Villa Miro is an outstanding five bedroom villa located in the Village estate close to Vale do Lobo and within walking distance of restaurants. With beautiful, high quality interiors throughout, this very impressive property features air conditioning, Wi-fi internet and a heatable pool. Also electric blinds and mosquito screens throughout.
Living Areas
Entrance Hall accessed via 4 steps.
The ground floor living areas are comprised of the main living room furnished with comfy sofas and with Bluetooth speaker; snug room with a TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV & Sky Sports and separate air conditioned dining room.
Fully equipped and air conditioned kitchen with appliances including an American fridge freezer, microwave, oven, coffee maker, juicer, electric hobs, extractor, dishwasher, toaster, kettle. Breakfast bar and wall mounted TV.
On the lower level of the villa is the main TV room, with wall mounted flat screen TV and bar area with fridge freezer. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board. Guest cloakroom. Garage with parking space for one car and table tennis table.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twins beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom two has twin beds, wall mounted TV and en suite bathroom with shower. There is an additional guest cloakroom on this level.
Bedrooms three, four and five are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is the master suite complete with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 metres), wall mounted TV, dressing area with safe in the wardrobes, en suite bathroom with large corner bath and separate shower unit. Patio doors to the spacious first floor terrace.
Bedroom four has twin beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom five has a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 metres), doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with shower.
Outside Space
The villa swimming pool measures approximately 10 x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. The pool has an electric pool cover. The pool is 1.10 and 1.20 metres in depth at either end and 1.80 metres in depth at the midway section. The poolside terrace is furnished with 10 sun loungers and there is a lovely shaded dining terrace with table and chairs and gas BBQ.

Villa Miro is located in The Village, which is an estate situated close to restaurants and within close driving distance of the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, where there is plenty to do - in addition to the 2 championship golf courses and the tennis centre, you will discover a breathtaking coastline with beautiful beaches and the lively Praca area, where there is a good selection of bars and fine restaurants.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week. Bathroom towels are changed midweek and weekly. Linen is changed weekly. A safe, pool towels and hairdryers ae provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

(EUR1.00 in low season, 1st Nov - 31st March)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
