Overview

We are very pleased to exclusively represent Quinta Grande, a very large and spacious villa with a big private pool (which can be heated for a weekly supplement) and extensive terrace areas. This property offers accommodation for sixteen people, comprising of five twin bedrooms on the lower level of the property and a further three twins bedrooms on the upper level. Surrounded with mature plants, shrubs and trees which provide shade where necessary and total privacy for you and your friends and family, Quinta Grande is the perfect place for your Algarve getaway.

Located close to the resort of Vale do Lobo and within easy reach of the beach, shops and restaurants, with three popular local restaurants within very close proximity. With off road parking for multiple cars on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates.

Air conditioning and high speed fibre optic internet throughout the property are included in the rental rate. There is also a table tennis table on the upper terrace which is great for those holiday tournaments!

Living Areas

On the lower level of the property, the large country style kitchen is complete with a breakfast table with seating for six people and is well equipped with appliances including two kettles, two coffee machines, two toasters, dishwasher, juicer, hand blender, four gas hobs, electric oven & grill and an extractor.

Positioned off the kitchen is the utility room which houses two fridge freezers, a washing machine, safe, iron, ironing board and a drinking water dispenser- clients can order water for the dispenser when at the villa and pay locally.

The dining room with split unit air conditioning is furnished with a large dining table and seating for sixteen people, further sofa seating, an open fire place for the cooler months and patio doors opening directly onto the poolside terrace.

The lounge is furnished with comfy sofa seating, an open fire place for the cooler months, a Bluetooth portable speaker so you can stream your favourite tunes from your Smart device and a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Amazon Prime, Netflix etc) showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports.

On the upper level of the property - The kitchen with a breakfast table and seating for four people is well equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine, six gas hobs, electric oven and grill, extractor, kettle, toaster, microwave and a water dispenser.

The upper open plan lounge and dining area is furnished with a table with seating for six people, 2 x two seater sofas, a log burner, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

All TVs in the bedrooms display the same channels as the aforementioned lounge TVs. On the lower level of the villa you will find bedrooms one to five. Bedroom one is a twin room with free standing wardrobe, split unit air conditioning and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and a wall mounted flat screen TV. Both bedrooms one and two share the adjacent family bathroom with shower unit.

Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV and an en suite shower room. Bedroom four is a twin room with a free standing wardrobe, split unit air conditioning and a wall mounted flat screen TV and use of the adjacent shower room. Bedroom five is a twin room with a free standing wardrobe, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom with shower.

On the upper level of the villa you will find bedrooms six to eight. Bedroom six is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors open onto a large balcony furnished with comfortable sofa seating and the table tennis table.

Bedroom seven is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen TV, split unit air conditioning and use of the adjacent shower room. Bedroom eight is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen TV and an en suite shower room.

Outside Space

The large pool measures 10 metres x 5 metres and has steps entry (the pool can be heated for an extra supplemental charge and there is a manual cover available). The pool is surrounded by paved terraces providing lots of space for the sixteen sun loungers and two cabanas provided. With a built-in brick double sized charcoal barbeque, food preparation counter and a sink. For your enjoyment there is a wall mounted Spotify tablet, built-in garden speakers and mood lighting which is fabulous for those lovely summer evenings outside. There are two large dining tables both with seating for sixteen people where you can enjoy al-fresco meals and a further shaded lounge area with exterior sofas and chairs, the ideal spot to relax and read a book.

Location

Quinta Grande is located close to the prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo, where there is plenty to do - in addition to the 2 championship golf courses and the tennis centre, you will discover a breath-taking coastline with beautiful beaches and the lively Praca area. Within a short drive you will find Pinetree's horse riding centre and literally on your doorstep are the popular restaurants Parilla Natural, Tapas & Vinho & A Floresta.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and a weekly changeover maid cleaning service, bathroom towels and bed linen change. Pool towels, a safe and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.
