Villa Esporao is an outstanding four bedroom villa with a private infinity pool and beautiful far reaching ocean views. The villa enjoys a central location within the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, where the lively and popular Praca and the golden sandy beach are within walking distance. The villa has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and is now a state of the art contemporary property.

With air conditioning in the living/dining room and the bedrooms, which is included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

Steps lead down from the entrance hallway to the spacious open plan living/dining room with a/c, a flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports, DVD player and Wi-Fi internet. There are electric curtains in all units. Patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace.

Next to the dining area, with table and chairs for 8 persons, is the kitchen, which is fully equipped with appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, juicer, toaster, electric hobs, extractor, integrated ovens x 2, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. Breakfast table and 6 chairs. A utility room in the first floor houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one is a twin room with a/c, walk-in wardrobe and an en suite shower unit. Bedroom two is a twin room with a/c, fitted wardrobes and an en suite with large walk-in shower unit. There is an additional guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms three and four are situated on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three is the Master double suite complete with a/c; a separate dressing area with safe and en suite bathroom with a bath and separate large walk-in shower unit and double vanities; and doors leading to the terrace with stunning sea views.

Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with a/c, fitted wardrobes, an en suite shower room and doors to a private terrace with sea views.

Outside Space

Fantastic rear terrace with beautiful far reaching ocean views and infinity design private swimming pool that measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres and with steps and ladder entry. The pool can be heated by a gas system which means the cost is higher than a conventional electric heat pump. Poolside terrace with 8 sun loungers. Shaded terrace with integrated Beefeater BBQ. There is room for parking on the villa entrance driveway, protected by the electric entry gates. At the back of the property there is a gate that provides access to the path to the beach, please advise in advance if you want to have the key for this gate made available for you.

Please note that behind Villa Esporao on plot 24 Vale do Lobo there is a villa under construction. This site is not visible from the pool area of Esporao and clients at the pool area are partially protected from the disturbance of the works by Villa Esporao itself. Furthermore, building is not allowed in the resort of Vale do Lobo during the peak months of July and August.
